Ordered through Uber eats, what was ordered was NOT what was received, according to to manager they don’t even see any alterations to your order you may make through Uber eats, and Uber eats customer service is now all ai so they suck too. Already disputed this with my cc company, hopefully they can get my refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION.

Lived in Smyrna for years. I’ve stopped here about a couple hundred times. Almost never open or always out of food. Hope it closes. Drive up the road to the location by Walmart near Cheswold. Save your time.

6 tacos paid for supreme and literally got meat and cheese and were the smallest tacos ive ever seen. My dorito taco shell was crumbled. Crunchwrap supreme had tomato and sour cream on one half and meat and cheese on the other. Waste of my 25.00 and very ridiculous.

Is it possible to give negative stars? I’ve always supported struggling businesses, but the exceptionally rude staff and management just put this place over the edge. I received a notification that my order was ready. Pull up to this particular Taco Bell. Door is locked. Nobody answering at the drive-through, so I just sat at the window. I watch a woman drive-by park, her car run in the building and come to the window and insist that I come inside to pick up my order. After she unlocks the door to let me in, she’s extremely overwhelmed and snarky and proceeds to tell me that I need to give my order because their iPad isn’t working. I asked her if my order was ready as indicated in the text message I received. NO MAM! You have to GIVE me your order!!” “ I told you our iPad isn’t working!” Meanwhile, I have to be back at work in five minutes so I told her that if the order isn’t already prepared then I don’t want it. (Frankly, I just cannot support a business that is so poorly run for such a long time, and treat customers in such a condescending manner. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if she had just started out with. “I’m sorry.” Photo attached is from the last time I went there. These were inedible. After working in a restaurant for 10 years when I was younger, I’m pretty positive these are cooked in old, dirty grease.

The staff locks down the inside so people can’t come in when it’s still daylight out …the windows are so disgusting you can’t see through them. The staff is constantly running in and out of the building to smoke ciggs and who knows what else. The staff are rude and does not practice safe serve food handling protocols which is evident in the fact that they don’t want anyone to see what they are doing when handling your food. I didn’t even feel comfortable eating my food (after spending 28.00) just thinking bout their dirty uniforms, the lady and gentleman standing outside smoking for the 30 mins in between visits as they said I had to come bo in 30 mins for 12 tacos….which I wouldn’t have minded except there was no other business besides myself there at the time. I wasted my money time and gas on food I couldn’t even stomach eating after seeing what I did…..there was a older gentleman outside (still) after arriving and returning after 30 mins who tried to open the door then said the lobby was closed due to electrical issues…but that lobby was well lit up from what I could see…. From what I could gather these employees don’t like their job. Don’t want customers, or to work. Good luck to the franchise owner because then workers don’t care about your investment. I am likely going to report them to the dept of health.

I hate this place. There’s only two employees there’s only two employees one outside at the back door, smoking a cigarette and a woman who only appears if you stop at the menu me as a door dasher I pull up to the window and nobody is there and the guy that works here out at the back door told me to pull around his microphone or headset was not even working, or he pretended that it wasn’t working because I’ve worked in fast food before all he had to do was to ask the other employee while I was at the window. I have drove around this building more than once for a DoorDash order. last but not least like I said before I am a door dasher so the employee needed my phone to type in what the door dasher was picking up for the customer. Basically this location doesn’t receive DoorDash so as a Dasher, I suggest to stop sending people to this specific location even as a customer yourself. I suggest that you don’t come here, yeah I hate this place.

Went through drive thru as the only people there. They were out of a couple things, and we were asked to park so they could spend 20 minutes preparing food. They made a few items wrong. The workers seemed nice and friendly, but the food aspect was one for a reason not to return
