Myself and my 1-year-old son stood at the counter for 10 minutes with multiple workers walking past us like we didn’t even exist. I’ve worked in fast food many times so I completely understand if you’re having a hard time getting to somebody while running around trying to make sure that service is provided to everybody. But the cashier looked me directly in my face multiple times Didn’t say hold on be right with you nothing. Seriously these young kids need to do better. I understand that this is probably their first job but this type of work ethic will carry them into their adulthood. I never acted like this when I was younger and I had my first job when I was 15 at McDonald’s. Absolutely ridiculous.

Poor service later in the day. Twice in the last 30 days I have to this location and they seem to mess things up. Last time they charged me for sour cream and never gave it to me or on my items.. Even the supreme tacos didn’t have any. This time they gave me the sour cream on all the correct items however they gave me my mexican pizza side ways ans it was a mess.

I’ve had lunch at this location with a colleague several times over the course of the past year. The customer service is excellent. Every employee seems to genuinely care about the job they are doing, the quality of their product and the experience of their customers. The restaurant is always clean and well appointed. The food is hot and made fresh to order. My colleague and I always comment how well run the restaurant is. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so after my visit today. Great job everyone and keep up the good work!

If you want your order messed up be sure to go Taco Bell 031821 ! I would rate them Zero ⭐️ ! How about hiring people that want to work ! Cell phones ! Drive thru is a HOT MESS ! Two people working the window and still can’t get the Order right ! The one guys just CHILLING ON HIS CELL PHONE while the other kid trying to do it all ! I called to talk to the manager he couldn’t tell me his name and didn’t offer to fix the problem which was the wrong order !
