If you’re looking for Taco Bell, this is not the place to go. I don’t write reviews often, but I had to this time around because it’s just sooo bad. I live near it so it’s the closest one to me but I drive out to the Phoenixville location (much better!) every time. The food here comes out soggy, slimy, and it won’t even be what you ordered. Somehow they manage to be out of every ingredient (tomatoes, onions, etc.) despite literally being in front of a grocery store. Not to mention since it’s shared with a KFC, everything that is fried has a gross aftertaste because they don’t change the oil in the fryer. You’re much better off going somewhere else. I haven’t been here in a while, so I tried giving them another chance, but every time I go they ruin my dinner.

Do NOT go here. I am a huge Taco Bell fan, but this just isn’t it. If I could give the place zero stars, I would. Every single time I come here hoping things have changed, they haven’t. Firstly, the workers do not greet you. I am almost certain every single one of them is on something. When they finally acknowledge your existence, they act like you are an inconvenience. I am consistently met with an obnoxious wait time due to workers goofing off in the back. Then after pushing through the 30+ minute wait time, they basically throw your food at you. Half of the time they are closed way before the listed time they have even though there are clearly people still inside the building. Plus the place is entirely too dirty inside. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

this location made a mistake a long time ago and gave about 7-8 individual coupons for their mistake. We ordered the large bundle of tacos. They put meat in them when we are vegetarian. I found the coupons and the female manager just now (1/20/26 morning) said they stopped accepting them. I told her we got them from their location. She would not help. I asked for her name, and all she said was ‘have a good day’ and hung up. — Fist they made huge mistake, and then they give this treatment! Terrible customer service. I will be sharing this with their corporate location too.

Placed a pickup order got there and they acted like they had no clue about it, I waited a half an hour for them to throw it together. The mexican pizza was smashed, the beans and meat were burnt and dry, the Dorito taco supreme tacos were not supreme and soggy and disgusting and none of the tacos my boyfriend ordered had any meat in them. Please don’t ever go here. The Food was disgusting.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered, and worst food place I’ve ever been to period, no exaggeration. All the 1 star reviews are justified. This place has to be a front for something with the way they operate. No way it’s legitimate, it’s been this way for too many years.
I’ve given this location a handful of chances over several years since I moved here, it’s been bad every single time. They always make you wait an insanely long time even if the inside and drive thru is totally empty. When you finally get your order, it’s wrong or missing items. Never once received an acceptable order here.
Today we ordered spicy potato soft tacos. It took them over 10 minutes just to take the order at the drive thru even though the line was empty and there was no one inside. After waiting 30 minutes for the food for no reason, what we were given is an absolute joke. I guess they ran out of spicy potatoes but instead of saying that, they just threw fries in there and tried to pass that off like a normal order. And the other items in the order were gross and not made correctly either. I don’t know what is going on at this place but they have ZERO quality control. These people shouldn’t be allowed to serve food. Should be shut down for the benefit of the community.

Pathetically slowwwwww. Wasn’t busy. Took at least 15 minutes to get my Taco Bell order of 1 Discovery Luxe Box. The Baja Blast did not taste right. Tables were dirty had food on em, the floors had trash on it was was sticky. I don’t recommend going there.

Worst KFC ever, service is terrible and staff are very miserable. I did a mobile order and waited inside for 15 mins after my 10 min drive. Staff doesn’t greet you and ignores you. I watched people come in and order at the counter and get their food before me, along with the many drive thru customers that came and went while I waited. Had to ask the girl with the ultra thick lashes twice for my order and she asked my name both times. When I finally received my order, of course the sauce was missing. I asked her for the sauce and she disappeared in the back to ask a coworker and then went back to the drive thru to serve customers. After she was done serving I asked her about the sauce again and she said they are out of it.
I will never go back to this location.

I usually don’t leave reviews but low key, no hard feelings, this place sucks….. At 8pm they shut their doors and told me and my friends we had to go through drive through, but once at drive through, when we asked if we could pay separately, they said you can only do that inside…. but we couldn’t cause they locked the doors???? I didn’t mind paying for my friend, but I did mind waiting 20 minutes for my food and how bad it was. It’s hard for me to feel angry at the workers cause they’re young and obviously need help, but the rice was under cooked, the beans where hard and there was an ungodly amount of refried beans in my veggie bowl…. take the extra few minutes and go to a diffrent taco bell cause this place is low key not it.

This has got to be the worst KFC/Taco Bell ever. They will leave you standing there for 20 mins without speaking to you or even acknowledging that you are there…and then when you ask if they are open or taking orders, they roll their eyes at you. How is this place even open? They hardly have any food when trying to order and you have to deal with their attitudes as if you did something to them by being a customer. All they seem to do is hide in the back room b/c you hear a bunch of people laughing and carrying on but noone is working. Where are the regional managers or corporate…you can literally see how lazy and ignorant they are being to all your customers on camera?!

The Royersford KFC/Taco Bell should closed permanently!! That place is a complete nuisance on a customer side and convenient side. The employees there are miserable(screaming at costumers even a bit impatient), indoor customers have to wait 10-20 minutes more than a usual location and DoorDashers(me included) get the longest wait with 20-30 minute late orders. And to top it off, this week Nov 10th-Nov 16th 2025 their heater is apparently broke. This isn’t 2005 anymore, this location has lost it’s prime. It barely even had a prime in it’s years. Taco Bell of Phoenixville much better managed…
