UPDATE: What’s more pathetic: That this Taco Bell closes at 10 pm on a weekend night, or that they’re so poorly managed that they can’t even update their hours with Google? BONUS: Nothing says “crappy business” like their “no refunds” sign on the window .
Seriously. Close this location and get some decent franchisees in there. The area deserves better.

Cant even make the grilled cheese burrito right. Its goes tortilla 10 in on the grill for 3 to 5 seconds. Next you take a yellow scoop of the season rice. Next your protein be it steak or beef or chicken. One scoop of protein. A Z or line Chipotle sauce which is not supposed to be watered down and dripping through the burrito. Next the crunchies I call them are the frito strips. Those were missing from the burrito. I didnt want sour cream so I happy they didnt put that on but that would be the next step. After that you roll the burrito and place on the parchment paper with has a blue scoop of cheese on it. Place the burrito seam side down and grill for 17 seconds. Wrap in the foil to the grilled cheese burrito and you have made it successfully. One thing I wouldve been fine with is them telling me that they were out of the frito chips not just surprise me. If there was communication this wouldve been a better review. Looks like the owners have some training to do.

I never ever write reviews. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.
Went through the drive-thru and was asked to come inside (the first red flag). I didn’t think much of it but thought the drive-thru was broken. (It wasn’t. Just laziness)
After being the only one in line, I waited 5 minute at the register until a cashier made an appearance. (Red flag 2).
I ordered 2 items. One kfc, the other taco bell. After ordering and paying. The kitchen yells up and says they don’t have all the ingredients for my kfc. “Ok, no problem, I’ll just take the Taco Bell and get a refund for the KFC”.
“Sorry we don’t issue refunds” says the cashier.
“Ok? So you made me pay for an order of food that you don’t have, then expect me to be ok with NOT getting money back and force me to choose another item that I don’t want?” How does that make sense? I would’ve never ordered the item if I knew you were out of it! That sounds like a YOU problem. (Red flag 3)
I composed myself and chose another item from Taco Bell. After getting my order and leaving as fast as possible I opened my food. Everything was cold. Why this place is still standing is beyond me. DO NOT COME HERE!

Terrible. Food is disgusting they don’t know what they’re doing in there. Clearly don’t even take 2 seconds to put a taco together and you’ll wait 30 minutes before you even get to order.

Putting a 4 here only because the Customer experience in an,otherwise, negative food service experience was exceptional. Inside the restaurant was a sauna, 5+ people waiting for food for an extended period – I had to come inside for a drive through order ( which I was told was going to take longer, and agreed). The 3 poor workers were struggling being severely under staffed on a Saturday afternoon. One worker stood out providing wonderful service, Bree. Thank you, Bree. Hoping management sees this to thank her for the extra effort.

NOT RECOMMENDED. They were NOT short of staff (I saw at least five), but only one lady with light skin at the front desk was working (she was nice). Others were playing around or moving really slow. Took half an hour to get my bowls. Food quantity is smaller than other places.

Look at all the 1 stars. How is this place not shut down??? Waited at drive through 10 min. Gave up and came inside. Waited 5 more min before someone came to the register. Person sitting near the register said they had been waiting 30 min and kept being told they don’t have chicken made. Then just now after 30 min told her they don’t have her order and that someone else must have picked it up. I ordered two sold tacos with meat and cheese only. Ben standing here another 10 min so far. Everyone here looks high!!!!

The worst service ever. I got my food delivered. I ordered chicken chalupa. Idk why they were thinking. They used some tortilla and just randomly added some chicken, lettuce and cheese. They used the wrong “bread” and ingredients don’t seem to be correct. Like if you don’t want to do your task correctly why even work there? I also got a bean burrito supreme with chicken but they only added the chicken. And they always forget to add the sauces I request. Very lazy people.

The drive thru line is absolutely horrendous. Only 2 cars in front of me and it took 20+ minutes just to get to order, then another 15mins at least to get the food. Not sure how this place is still up and running. Even my young daughter said “isn’t this supposed to be a FAST food place?” She gets it. Avoid this place!

Took 3 times to get the order right, went through the ridiculous wait of a drive through twice. Food was bad compared to other Taco Bell’s/kfc, only thing earning this 2 stars is the one staff member was nice other than that 1/5 star experience.
