Just went through the drive thru today (1/21) around 330pm and extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I ordered 7 Crunchy Taco Supremes and 2 Dorito Tacos, but every single item was missing the lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. I essentially paid the “Supreme” price for plain tacos. This wasn’t a complicated order, just a total lack of attention to detail. Definitely check your bag before leaving this location, or better yet, don’t visit this location at all if you want what you ordered.

I came here because it was the closest Taco Bell. I ordered 4 chicken quesadillas, 2 for me, 2 for my brother. For our drink we both ordered Pepsis. When we got our cups to fill our drink with Pepsi we pressed the Pepsi button and, it’s just water, straight up water. I thought it could let get worse until I open my chicken quesadilla and see little burnt flakes on both of my quesadillas and my brother’s which shows that they don’t clean up their equipment correctly (I have a photo) I also saw the employees messing up someone else’s order which made it even worse. This Taco Bell/KFC is not organized properly. Never coming back here.

This location is brutal man, have been here a handful of times and today will be the last

Every time I’m here they have me pull around and wait. I’m ordering two items on their value menu, they’re clearly trying to game the system to make it look like they are fulfilling their orders promptly, but they’re not

I’m sitting here 10+ minutes into waiting to a potato soft taco and cheesy beef burrito. I am the only customer

The biggest value in fast food is that it’s FAST. It’s a shame b/c I love Taco Bell, but this location sucks nuts

I went to KFC/Taco Bell last night after work for dinner. I request 2 piece original chicken with fries and a biscuit, 8 piece nuggets meal, and a #6 2 chicken chalupa meal , no lettuce no tomatoes , extra chicken and the soft taco to be chicken instead of beef.

I received my order and checked it since it was through drive thru, I had a whole order missing. I drove back through drive thru and informed the of the missing order and the specific way I wanted it because I paid extra and they maid my order. I checked it and it had lettuce and tomatoes on it no extra chicken and the soft taco was beef ‍♀️. I drove back for the third time and informed them and it was made over. I got home and my daughter started eating it only to find the chicken was dry as if it was old and sat in the heating container for hours. It wasn’t even extra chicken on either one or sour cream or cheese. They didn’t give me a receipt and the sticker on the window said no refunds. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. I posted my comment last night and it was taken down. This has to stop. Service need to be better!

I went via the drive thru after work. I expected it to be fast. They asked me to pull up to a spot where I sat, No Exaggeration, 18 minutes! Watching all the cars come after me in and out. I backed up back to the drive thru window and was simply told. Your food isn’t ready. I thanked her and wished her a great day. I’m assuming they were out of strips and had to cook more, I’m pretty sure chicken strips take at least 15 minutes to cook. I did not eat at my 8 hour shift job so I sat and remained myself to be patient. Someone else who was not at the drive thru window came and brought my food. He apologized and add an extra strip. I thanked him and wished him a great day! Food was good!

Moral of this story is: Use your PATIENCE and Give people GRACE! These teens who work in customer service are mostly likely working their first job during some very hard times. Be kind to them!

KFC gives these people a raise, I am a patient person, but who’s to say the next person is?

Took my son to the drive through and ordered 6 hard shell tacos. Got home and opened my tacos to find that 4 out of the 6 of them had barely anything on them. A few tablespoons of meat , cheese and lettuce at most. Did they run out of ingredients or something?

Skimpy on meat and even more on lettuce. First time I ever didn’t have to worry about food falling out. Nothing fell out in bag. Manager says this is normal and did nothing. I go to taco bell often, and I assure you this is not normal anywhere but SPRINGFIELD according to manager. Won’t be back.

Avoid this location at all costs. An absolute joke of an establishment. I’m not one to set high expectations from fast food places but this place can’t even achieve the bare minimum of being friendly or accountable. I noticed a sign on the drive thru window saying they’re not longer allowing refunds and after my experience I’m sure it’s because they have more angry customers than happy. It’s beyond evident that there is no good management in place to structure the staff.

I wish I was exaggerating when I say my entire order was wrong. I let the girl at the window know which she had an I don’t care attitude about and almost insinuated it was my fault somehow. I asked if I had to pay one of the items she didn’t charge me for while they did the rest and she told me no and to pull around to the front door. As I’m waiting by the door I witness the (what I’m assuming was) the manager and the girl from the is now come out to yell at a man who was driving away. After waiting a long time the girl comes out to tell me I now need to come inside to pay for the missing item or they won’t make it. Throughout this entire ordeals not a single “sorry about that” or any kind of customer service. I got dirty looks for checking my bag. And I heard them mocking other customers while I was in the lobby.
I’ve worked at a Taco Bell in the past and I’m shocked that their “management” allows this behavior. It felt like the place is run by unsupervised 14 year olds.

I ordered 3 Fresco Tacos today. The tacos were all cold. I could taste one of the chicken slices in it was definitely still frozen. Friendly Service but that doesn’t make up for 3 cold tacos.

Was told to pull around in the lot for my food, I had to wait 30 minutes for them to come out with my order. And not only that, the order was messed up and had missing items. I don’t know who’s working here but this clearly isn’t the profession for them.
