“It’s hard to find good help.” I say this every time I go here in the evening I think that’s because the manager is gone. I believe the tall, dark, and handsome one is a manager He’s always very nice and very helpful! Doors have been locked at this location early. Like, around 6pm… 7pm. That means everything goes through drive-thru which takes awhile. I’ve had a big order for my family once and I really didn’t want it to be handed to me through drive-thru but with all doors locked, I had no choice. I’ve gone to this location and ordered KFC on the app but wanted a TacoBell quesadilla when I went to pick-up through drive-thru but they claimed they weren’t doing TacoBell anymore at that time. I haven’t received any orders wrong though! That’s the positive aspects of this location. They tried giving me a drink once when it wasn’t on my order but, I don’t drink soda so denied it.

Don’t ever come here. Every time I come here they lie and say they don’t have Taco Bell food.. then it’s “we don’t have kfc food”. It’s always something!!!! Made me miss out on money picking up orders over laziness. (I do Uber Eats sometimes) We all don’t want to work but we have to !! Yall aren’t special. If I can find a way to report to corporate I will. This is crazy. Just ignorant, dirty , and lazy workers.

Worst Taco Bell ever!! Keep driving. I will never go here again. The rudest and laziest and most incompetent worker ever. Took the order with a horrible attitude. He walked around with his pants drooping, dirty underwear showing while barking at a female employee. The laziest worker turned off the lights in the restaurant during opening hours, then complained that customers were still coming inside the restaurant. This was my experience while waiting for him to slowly bring my order to the drive-thru window. Finally brought my order, which he handed without even looking my direction. No box for the luxe box, just tossed everything a bag. Never again.

Terrible location. The staff are great but every time I order via the app the staff has zero record of my order. There’s been a few times where they made me cancel because the system couldn’t process online orders. Fix your system or don’t offer online pick up. I can’t waste my lunch break so corporate can sit on their butts

My mom was in the mood for tacos,so I went to our local taco bell store on. Baltimore Pike in Clifton Heights Delaware county PA. I bought a 12 pack of crunchy tacos, when I got home which is approximately a 8 minute drive. Well to start with the tacos were cold, I asked the worker befote I left if she put taco sauce in the bag she said yes, to fine out when I got home they were all diablo or fire no mild sauce at all. My mom can’t use that diablo or fire she’s 87 years old.ever shell was broken not one all of them there was next to nothing in each taco had very little meat it was all lettuce with hardly any cheese what so ever and absolutely no tomato as described on the menu. My mom and I are very disappointed the first one my mom ate was practically empty we do not plan on using taco bell in the future.thats how disappointed we are I’m 65 years old I a remember when taco bell first came out there was much more meat then a tablespoon fill it used to be a real taco with onions and tomatoes and lettuce and cheese and much more meat than what’s in them today money hungry corporations pull back on the amount of ingredients to make more money and on top of that raise the price .

Had none of the drinks i wanted, not even a bottle of water, so i order a starry—- it didnt have surup and was a nasty flavorless soda water. The fiesta potatoes were skimpy and chemical tasting. Only giving 2 starts because the lady at the window was nice.
