Burnt chalupa and dry refried beans…. Yes I took a bite, I happen to be fond of Taco Bell. But the Olean Taco Bell location doesn’t seem to care for the quality of the food they serve.

Something was going on with their fountain machine, all drinks had a nasty flavor. I wasnt given my Avocado Verdes Salsa that comes with my meal, I had to go ask for it. I paid to upgrade my taco that come with my meal to a soft supreme, there was no tomato or sour cream. I was not given my Avocado ranch chicken stacker, I had to go ask for that as well. Would not recommend, do better Olean.

Last time coming here. Got declined for two separate orders at the drive thru despite them allowing it multiple times before. They are always so slow and make everyone pull into parking spaces after paying and wait at least 5 minutes to get our food. Their drive thru stats should reflect multiple cars having to wait. A lot of the time they don’t even get our orders correct and we have to go back inside to get what we ordered. Horribly managed. Done supporting crappy corporations.
Edit: got home and realized they forgot stuff in our order and the food was very dry, crusty, and old as stated previously: they mess up orders all the time.

Counter service is a little slow. I don’t know if this is a fact or not, just my opinion, but it just seems like doordash and online ordering gets preference over live customers. The workers are working on Togo orders I get it, but it seems like the counter and drive thru are at the bottom of the pecking order. When you walk in you don’t get acknowledged right away, not all the time but for the most part sometimes. I do frequent this KFC quit often being the closest one in my area. It’s a decent KFC, just don’t be in a hurry unless you online order.

Absolutely the rudest manager and most ignorant cashier ever met in my 49 years of walking this earth. Taco Bell in Olean, NY is a rip-off. If you buy tacos there, you are getting scammed out of your money. They refused to refund my money, so a call to headquarters solved the issue.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Order a party pack with 4 tacos just meat the rest of the pack normal tacos. Travel 50 mintues home to find all the tacos with lettuce and cheese! Just lettuce and cheese! I called them to let them know. Lady said well you can come back in, i said ma’am im 50 mintues away. I live far from you. I asked you when i placed order that the receipt said otherwise and you told me personally that you told the chef what the order is about 4 tacos being “special” that you trusted him with your life. All i wanted was a refund called COORPERATE 4 TIMES! trying to get a refund for 22$ for the part pack they screwed up! Been calling since august, yet still no refund! I will never eat at this taco bell ever again! Horrible service! And what a horrible way to treat customers!!!

We waited for our food 25 minsWould be something if the place was busy but there was only one other customer in here with us. Fast food should NOT take this long. It was just one pot pie and nacho fries. The “nacho fries” that you see in the photo are burnt KFC fries with a 1/16 of a cup of cheese. What the heck is up with this place? It’s gets better. We were just informed that the pot pie will be another 15 mins. So 40 mins for our whole meal. Refund now please. Unacceptable

**2nd update: Decided to stop tonight 5/26/22 because Mexican Pizza is back on the menu. Waited a bit for my order which is customary for this place and noticed after I was handed the bag by the manager that the pizza box was standing on it’s side. I set it the right way but it was too late. The pizza was a mess. They were also out of Dr. Pepper. Running out of cheese, beef and beans is also customary at this location. Still keeping this at 1 star
****Updating my review and bringing it down to 1 star. I had a simple order for 2 at the drive thru and she kept stopping me and having me start over. I repeated my order three times and when I got to the window I saw why. Her and the manager next to her were flirting and talking so much the customers were secondary. Neither one had gotten my drink and when he did he unwrapped the straw and put it in my drink. Clearly NOT paying attention. We had NO napkins, NO plastic utensils, NO butter for the biscuits and NO gravy on the mashed potatoes. What a joke.
