This place is rude and can’t make anything right, meal was just tossed in a box and and all in pieces. taste like it was cooked on a dirty griddle.food was almost thrown out the window. Horrible place and people working there. Used to be a good place. Ended up tossing food away. No actions are ever taken to fix the problems either

Hire somebody else who isn’t afraid to stick his arm out the window for order and change has little bit more customer service still a little more attention to detail when the wrapping tacos and one napkin for 2 tacos and 5 drum sticks

I was looking forward to a power bowl with chicken last night. It was too late and too far to drive back and ask for a refund. There were only a few shredded scraps of chicken in bowl. But the worst part , some employee actually placed side scrapings of chard black beans in the meal for the side of beans . They were actually burnt and crunchy . Inedible. I would have to be hard up to go back there again very disappointing. I wish I would’ve taken a photo.

The soft shell taco had close to no ingredients in it. My coworkers ordered from the KFC side and were told a 25 min wait for chicken. Ridiculous prices and they skimp ya hard. Don’t bother eating here. Sucks.

after making a 4 person order that wasn’t too outrageous, yes we took a bit looking at the menu because we haven’t been to tacobell/kfc in a long time time so we were checking out the menu to see what we wanted to eat( maybe 10 minutes ) which i understand might be a bit much but again we don’t eat here much and just wanted to see what there was the lady was very rude throughout that. we get up to the window and pay for our $50 meal all for them to not give us our whole order and of course i checked because by the attitude at the window i knew the lady wasn’t very clear on her job obviously one of the meals wasn’t there (not surprised) so we waited for someone to come to the window to let her know, which she gets to the window and the first words out of her pathetic mouth was “can you get off our pad? we’re timed here” like girl give us what we paid for and then we will. if you wanna act like it’s my fault you didn’t do the job correctly that’s okay in my book but the food was shit service was shit and i’ll never be back

Most of my reviews are positive because I think there needs to be more joy in the world, Unfortunately my Taco Bell experience wasn’t very joyful at all. I ordered my lovely wife and myself some bean burritos one of the healthier choices on the menu. They’re usually quite substantial in filling. I drove up to the window the young man handed me the bag with no napkins no sauce it just so happened that I had sauce in my car from a previous trip obviously I’m addicted to bad food. As you can see by the picture associated with my review it literally was double the size of the condiment packet. I think taco Bell is forcing me to evaluate my habits and I think it might be best for me to save my money after all eating fast food and going out for dinner is truly a luxury item I work hard for my money and I expect just a little bit more than what I received today. Unless there’s a new item on the menu called bean poppers!! I hope that reviews help companies improve their products and their customer service. Or this could be just a rant because I was hungry and I succumbed to fast food and well I was still hungry afterwards…

Ok to start off there was a guy just sleeping in the lobby and none of the employees were doing anything about it. The food took about 30 minutes to come out( mind you I got a burrito and fries) almost fell on the wet floors and fries were still super soggy even after all of that time I do not recommend coming here.

Wife ordered wedges got chicken breasts. Went back in and they said there were out of wedges they need to cook more, then asked if that’s what she wanted them to do! Quick trip to eat ended up being 35 minutes

Wish I could put zero stars, watched your employee Hailey drop my taco on the floor and proceeded to put it in the box like it was nothing. $40.00 and they pick my food up off the floor. Definitely called corporate!! Absolutely terrible service!
