this is probably the most poorly run franchise that I’ve ever been to, I have come here on two different occasions and had to wait 20 and 30 minutes for my food. Bunch of employees in the back, making my food seemingly fooling around But providing customers with service for the hard earned money.
This will be the last time that I give this location, a chance of my business. The atmosphere the service is overwhelmingly poor.

We ordered ahead for pickup so we could have our order at the end of a long day. When we arrived, they hadn’t even started our order despite us having placed it ahead of time AND arriving after our pickup time. Then they made my partners food incorrectly and when they asked the employees to make the correct item, they asked if it was even their order because of how they had rifled through the bag. Eventually they remade the item that was wrong but then they forgot my orders main item. I ordered the cantina chicken burrito combo with a soft taco. What I got instead was a soft taco, a hard taco, and chips. They didn’t even make my cantina chicken burrito. Needless to say, never ordering from this location again. Not only are they incapable of completing an order correctly but they’re also incapable on following a time table.

Girl at the counter was pleasant enough for fast food. The music was too loud and the food was pitiful. 1/3 of a cup of cheese came with the nachos and the tacos had very little ingredients inside them. Not worth the 10 bucks.

The staffing (management) needs a considerable overhaul, and I can’t seem to eat anything here without violently expelling my soul through my bowels. I’ve reported this restaurant to the local health authorities over medical concerns experienced by myself and others. (No, this review isn’t formulated off of one occurrence.)

they really cheated out on the cheese, as a former tech bell worker there is a certain amount you are supposed to add and they did not, or did not spread out evenly on my quesadilla or cheesy gordita. half the quesadilla had no cheese at all, and the gordita only had cheese in a small circle at the bottom.

So, my past 2 visits here have been absolutely, shockingly abysimal.
I ordered both time online, showed up at the time it stated it would be ready. The first one was placed 30 mins before I arrived to pickup, up one arriving, nothing had been made. Ok, I get it, your extremely busy at 3 pm on a Tuesday. I with for about another 10-ish mins until they had it ready. The chicken was pretty dry, everything else turned out ok.
Que this weeks interaction, I placed the order, I arrived, I could see my order so I wanted patiently in line as the order cashier rang up the man in front of me and when to get his order. She came back and proclaimed she had to go for the day, went behind the counter and did… something..for about 5 mins, then the cashier from the drive through walked to the register I noticed I was here for my pickup, and was promptly ignored while she rang up 2 other people before getting back to me.
In the end, by the time I picked up my food, got back to my office, I ended up just putting it in our break room for anyone to have as I’d lost my appetite.
How this location has stays in business I’ll never know. The one in North Syracuse is much better.

There’s always a wait. I’m pretty sure we waited 20+ minutes for a 6 piece bucket. And the ladies before us were waiting longer obviously. I got my last part of my order out before the food my partner ordered before mine.

Is this location closing? Cash only, drive thru. Out of multiple products, big pot hole in drive thru. Food quality was disgusting and missing an item from my order. Bearly cooked quesadillas that seemed to have been thrown in the bag to slide down into a soggy mess, not cut at all. Cheesey gordita crunch that had bearly any content. Highly disappointed!

When I told them the fountain machine was out of raspberry tea, they said they were out of it. I asked if they just had to change the syrup and they did. Not out of it. They also said they only had wedges. Turned out they just had to cook the fries. They cooked fries but did not season them. The place was not busy. I counted 6 people behind the counter. This is the 2nd time I’ve been there and had bad experiences. 1st time it was one of the employees was walking around loudly cursing about how they can’t fire him. If it was just bad food or just bad service, I would not have left a review.
