Went through the drive thru tonight to try the new burrito with my wife. First time we went through the window, they forgot the hot sauce they just asked us for and also the chips did not taste right at all. We went through the drive thru again to get our sauce and let them know the chips tasted very bad and they blamed the fryer oil and just shrugged their shoulders and expected us to deal with it.
So we left, and tried to enjoy the rest of the meal we ordered and then the cantina taco had the smallest amount of meat in it, it’s literally like 80% breading. This is seriously ridiculous. Oh, and one of the burritos that was supposed to have meat in it was nothing but rice and beans.
This whole meal sucked. Which sucks because I love to get down on some Taco Bell. I even have a song.

This place is really bad with Order accuracy they are half paying attention most of the time and Always missing items. The staff are very Rude when you show them their mistakes. Always attitude issues and disrespectful. Most times I am in the store I see other customers just as upset and angry with the staff. 70% of the time extreme waiting 20 to 40 minutes just to get your order. Tacobell and KFC should not be one store if this is the result of it. Another very frustrating problem is you can’t order Tacobell using the App here.

i go to this location regularly as i am a taco bell superfan. every visit is beyond pleasant, the staff is friendly and you can tell they work very hard, and my order is always correct and fresh. never a long wait, even when they get busy they are excellent at getting through the line quickly and still not compromising quality or customer service. every employee is very nice but i do have to shout out my girl Melissa, she’s truly the best.

Listen. I love Taco Bell. I also appreciate food service workers so much, and would never want to do your jobs. However, the last several times I’ve come to the drive thru, my order has been incorrect, inadequate, or I’ve paid for food I did not receive.
Today, we ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and cheesy fiesta potatoes for myself, and the discovery luxe box for my partner, which according to the website, includes 2 Cantina Chicken Cheesy Street Chalupas, a cheesy bean and rice burrito, chips with nacho cheese sauce, and a medium drink. You can see below that the 2 “street chalupas” had barely anything in them. The one on the bottom had a SINGLE chunk of chicken. They also forgot the chips and dip, AND the medium drink, which I didn’t realize until after I had left. I was not getting off the highway to turn around and go back and wait in line when I’m exhausted after a long day of work.
Please do better.

If I could give this place negative stars I would this place hires people who have no regard for quality of food . look at these spicy soft potato tacos even a blind man would have known they were no good , they were rock hard , black , shriveled like it was sitting in the warmer for over 10 hours , I’ll be contacting corporate about this establishment.

I ordered the Catalina tacos meal but unfortunately I got a shell with chicken in it. The Norwich location is a hit or miss. I love Taco bell but I really think I need to rethink that because every time I go I never get the right order or what I pay for. It would be nice though if Taco bell would fix the issues because I really enjoy there food when it’s prepared the way it’s supposed to be.

Waited 30 minutes for my order and it wasn’t even portioned properly, the kitchen staff were being extremely rude to the guy handing/bagging orders and laughing at him being stressed whole time they can’t make the meals properly nor in a timely manor. Some doordash drivers lost money because of how bad the time was even. I have this happen before at this location but to have this happen again is ridiculous. Terrible customer service aswell as the way they treat their staff – very unprofessional the way they act when the customers can hear. Do not recommend

I’m vegetarian, and it’s very important for me to feel comfortable that I can order food with modifications, and know that it will arrive without meat in it. Melissa helped me at the kiosk, and made sure I got it all correct! Despite my needing extra attention, she cheerfully helped, and continued to offer great service throughout my time there. My Taco Bell lunch was delicious, and all the more enjoyable thanks to the great staff and friendly atmosphere!

Ordered chicken chalupa(stale). Ordered the bean burrito( obliterated) with ice cold beans. And 2 cold cheese roll- ups and donated to the KFC foundation. Very unsatisfied. Also ordered 2 chicken littles, literally a chicken strip. And had a half jar of mayo all over the paper and sandwich. All together wasted 25 dollars. Would not go back.
