Whoever yall had working on Thursday night at 11pm needs a raise. (the receipt said “max”) Idk how they got our food out so fast and it was SO hot. Got napkins, utensils, napkins and the receipt.

I just got food for my family to eat and not only did I have to wait and pull to there doors but they didn’t even give me my order correct I didn’t notice till I got home that I had 9 tacos not 12 and they gave me sauce when I told them no I’m pissed because I’ve called the number they have on the website and of course no one answered and they have no voice mail so now I have to drive all the way back after my kids eat so I can eat something for dinner

Ordered bean burritos. And they were the driest and blandest burritos I’ve ever had. I ordered 6… and threw away all but one. Biscuit was also a dried out hockey puck. Tossed it.

To start all tables were dirty and disgusting. They called our name for food and were missing alot of the items. We told them what we were missing then they came back and asked again what we were missing. The floors were absolutely filthy. Saw 6 dead flys just lying around the floor. Wouldn’t recommend even if starving as the fries were cold. The chicken felt like it was heated with a heat lamp for hours. The potatoes in the taco were stale. The tortillas were stale and cracking and the burrito wasn’t filled it was completely flat with no fillings on a good 3rd of it.

Ive been going to brooklyn kfc tacobell for almost a decade now and normally not one to complain about service or food but after my experience today im definitely not going back i was there on 9-6-23 at 8:30pm in the drive thru and i ordered the deluxe craving box as i get home to eat it with in 3 minutes i open it up my nachos are over cooked and taste like just burnt oil, the chalupa is an absolute mess, the taco and grilled cheese burrito are the only two edible things.

This place is absolute trash. Avoid at all costs. They do not answer the phone no matter how many times you call. I literally got the exact opposite of everything I ordered. Oh u want original? Here’s extra crispy. U want 2 thighs and a drum? Here’s breast and wing. Mashed potatoes and gravy? How about mac and cheese. We will get ur lemonade right though. Silver linings…. lmao. I worked here a long time ago. Its not hard to read the screen especially at 9pm when there’s no rush.

went with friends to get midnight snack. lady at drive thru was very rude. they then proceeded to hand us the wrong order, saying it was ours. I had to hand the food to the right car who was parked right next to us… then they gave us our “correct meal” which was also wrong. like completely wrong. probably overcharged too. 16 dollars for two chips and two soft tacos?? when she ordered hard tacos and the lady even repeated it back… anyways. horrible service would not go back.

My experience was horrible. The service we received was terrible and it made myself and my passengers feel unwelcomed. We ordered in the drive thru and the person on the speaker was speaking in an annoyed tone and was very short with us. The food took forever to come out although it was only one other car that ordered food. On top of all of that, both my car and the other customer did not receive all of our food and it was all incorrect. Specifically, my car ordered a number six, which includes two tacos, we asked for them hard shell, the worker on the speaker repeated the order and then told us that it only came with one (even in the end we received two). When we received our food they were soft shell tacos. Outrageously, the meal cost 16 dollars for two tacos?? Definitely felt overcharged. Furthermore, the food sucked. Would not recommend going to this establishment during the night shift.

Understaffed on a Friday night. Was waiting for a good chunk of time in line (at least 10 minutes) and then was asked to pull up to the door to wait for someone to bring my food to me (i ordered 1 party pack of supreme soft tacos…). I was parked behind another car, who waited in front of me. She got her food after 15 minutes of waiting and then i noticed she must have had a wrong order so she went back inside. My food came another 5 to 10 minutes after the woman in front of me went inside. I do not blame the employees there, because there was only TWO. Management issue… but i am dissapointed they gave me a mix of hard and soft tacos… instead of just soft shell…. and they werent supreme, and i didnt get any of my sauce for all the tacos
