Had me pay for sauces and didn’t even give me the right amount. Then my food was cold. Asked for extra beef in my tacos and they gave me very little . Absolutely do NOT recommend this Taco Bell

Don’t come here, I ordered a beef grilled cheese burrito meal and they gave me chicken on it. The regular taco was also made with chicken. By the time I realized it was too late for me to go back. Tried to call them and got no response.

To the special Ed drive thru cashier that worked on 1/30/26. If you don’t know simple instructions on what fresco style is, even after it’s explained to you and say you understand, this is the reason you work food service. Got our order wrong not once but twice and the manager was very rude. Women behind the cash register was an absolute sweetheart. Will not be back. Was told for portions they only do 2oz scoops and we got less than that clearly by the photos. Hard to explain over a typing message but needless to say it was horrific.

Hard to review the food when you can’t get in. Sign on door says lobby open until 11 pm but the door is locked at 9:15pm ? Employee who answered phone when I called in to inquire as to where the discrepancy lies. I was told they locked the doors to do clean up. I asked why not have a sign that reflects that? Employee states sorry, my manager hasn’t fixed it. Lol c’mon man, it’s an 8×11 piece of paper. Must be real hard to fix.

Taco Bell SUCKS NOWADAYS! This place seriously needs to reinvent itself and get back to its roots. THESE ARE TACOS! The tacos come out like crap, its NOT even real meat that’s why its called “TACO FILLING”, the workers dont give 2 cares, they’ll send you out the door with 3 dry, broken, no “taco filling” tacos with 90% rabbit food VS actually making a good product. This goes for EVERY Taco Bell I have been too from Redding, CA all the way to Bangor, ME. I loved Taco Bell, unfortunately they’ve gone to CRAP!

Got the Mexican pizza today….thanks a lot for the food poisoning guys. I’ve never felt more sick, I hope that no one else ever goes to your restaurant again. I that this review is seen by others and you shut down or have the health department fix whatever horrible crap you are serving to the public. I was perfectly fine all day, an hour after eating the food I ordered I got so extremely sick and still am. I took it all home and got halfway thru the pizza when I realized something was really really off. It tasted bitter. Get a new crew and check the food.

Awful service. Had to have them remake a burrito because they forgot the meat. The man at the counter said it was made right. I ordered a beefy melt burrito sub with steak. This is what I received. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience here.

After driving 13 hours to get to Maine for Vacation ( only a coffee and donut that morning) we were tired, exhausted and hungry. It was on a Sunday and places would be closing and this is the only reason I waited in line 30 minutes for meal to feed my kids. I wanted to drive away and then didn’t know if I dared eat the food. All staff we observed had poor hygiene, appeared unkept, with rotten teeth, soiled shirts, long hair hanging (men and women). We watched four people drink soda and then one ate a quesadilla while waited for our order. The lady who gave us our food had a black sweatshirt covered with food the front and sleeves dirty with food, possibly dandruff on the upper section. It made us sick to our stomach. I am surprised about the unprofessional staff they looked like they were off the street homeless. The food was fine and the inside restroom clean per my son who ran in.
