Jameson like the whiskey gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had in a drive thru last night. This guy needs a raise had a great attitude served me with a smile when I know most people working fast food were probably upset they were having to work New Year’s Eve he seemed so happy to be there and like he genuinely enjoyed his job.

Chicken was good. Pickup service was unstaffed. First I waited in the checkout line. After waiting several minutes there, I moved to a group of folks waiting forrl orders. As the employee dropped the order & turned, I got her attention & was able to get my order. Total of 15 minutes to get online order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As an avid fan of the franchise Taco Bell, I would say I have a good idea what the common experience is at one. It started when a group of friends and I went to grab food and we grab the door handle at 10:40 and it was locked. The door said the lobby closed at 11. Confused but understanding we get into the car to go through the drive-thru, and the worker seemed to be disengaged taking our order. Then the person that ignored us at the door came to take our order and came to the window and gave us dirty looks. As the handed out the most watered down baja blast i’ve ever seen. Followed by telling us there were no nacho fries and no freezes at the location after we had already ordered. Then messed up our food multiple times. Extremely disappointed

I’ve been to a lot of KFC Taco Bell stores and this is one of the best. It’s well taken care of, it’s clean, and the food always tastes much better quality than other KFC Taco Bell locations. The employees are friendly as well, and that’s something that is not as common in fast food restaurants these days. Good job to this location!

Ordered through drive through tonight older woman with tattoos who took order was so knowledgeable made it easy to decide and order bonus she was very nice. Excellent service, fast service, food taste amazing, short wait time. Now thats what you call fast food. Will be coming back this is the service I wish I got from other establishments they should take some notes from here. Thank you all who worked tonight 8/9 around 8:20 pm you guys had fantastic customer service skills

This place is a blast. The floor is so greasy you can skate around like your on ice and the walls are all sticky. So if you fall you can stick to the walls. Also if you need money go in in with slightly wet shoes and you can get that falling insurance claim and take it to court for lots of money. No signs in the entire shop. Best entertainment in Maine

I go to your establishment every so often. maybe once to twice a month. I never have any issues there and normally I have a good experience there. today was a TOTALLY different story. it was horrible. I first started cashing out with a man, I realized he was new off the bat. nothing wrong with that. I ordered a chicken nugget meal. I asked him “what size are the sides for that?” he said a small I then asked “can we make that a large?” he shook his head. he was taking a while and was struggling a bit but yet again no big deal I don’t mind. I then went to the bathroom and my dad grabbed our food. I came out and I got a small fry. (also keep in mind my dad ordered a large fry for himself) I went up to the counter and said I didn’t get my large fry. no big deal wasn’t mad just wanted what I asked for. this women wearing a green hat with some other colors on it helped me and pulled up my order. she looked in the back and told someone I needed a large fry. I then said we never got our cups because we didn’t. she then takes her head pulls it around the corner looks at my dad and in the worst attitude and gave me the worst face says “he is actually eating a large fry right now.” I then told her I also got a large fry. she pulled up my order again and said “you ordered a small” I then said how I did ask for a large and her response yet again In an attitude. “he’s training. i’ll get you another small” then walks away and rolls her eyes at me. she then slams my small fry on the counter. oh and she gave me a small cup to. every time I would go up (to ask for a sauce or something) she would give me an attitude and roll her eyes. at the very end when I ask for a bag she gave me a big smile and said “I hope everything was good for you and you enjoyed eating here” this was the worst experience i’ve ever had. she should be fired or put in the back. she has no respect for others.

I begged the lady to get off her phone and find my order. I know it’s a greasy business but this place is just hands down dirty. Every. Single. Visit. Yet I love KFC. I usually plan to stop at the gas station to wash my hands because that’s how dirty the restrooms usually are. Why does this store lack standards? Long term and consistently lacks standards of some basic cleaning.
