Horrible food, I got old crunchy beans in all three of my cheesy bean and rice burritos, the worker over the phone didn’t even seem remotely apologetic or concerned that his workers were serving old beans that weren’t up to standards for even any given Taco Bell. I could go to another taco bell and guarantee that I wouldn’t get old food. This is the second time I’ve been served old food from this taco bell, first it was two or three spicy potato tacos, the potatoes were old, shriveled and extremely hard.

Not only does the manager try to degrade you and put you down when you’re correcting him on the fact that they gave you an incorrect order. But they also don’t offer to correct it.The fact that they constantly feel like you’re raising your voice to them.When you’re communicating, the fact that they messed it up and are refusing to fix your food is completely ridiculous at a fast food establishment. This location needs an overhaul.The fact that you’re going to tell me that you gave me a beef order when I ordered chicken and not admit your mistake is ridiculous. This location should be shut down or needs an overhaul in the staff

This place consistently gets orders wrong over right, I just don’t get it. As a vegetarian I ordered a soft potato taco and more vegetarian items. Everything I received was beef! I get mistaking an order once and awhile or when it’s busy, but it was empty drive through at 9pm, get it together whoever manages here, one mistake is an accident, 5 in a row are just pathetic

Worst Taco Bell / KFC I have ever been to in my entire life, and I love that chain I could eat there 4 times a week.
But aside from the fact it is in the smallest parking lot in the history of fast food , it’s dirty , grimy, and outdated .
While the girl at the window was adorable and friendly , the other workers look pissed off, running back and forth, and apparently, if you don’t round up , I guess for tips? They will intentionally screw your order up, as stated by many reviewers here.
I ordered taco Supremes, paid for taco supremes, and got regular tacos.
Aside from that the food was good, the crispy Cantina Chicken taco was a pleasant surprise ,and even though I didn’t get the supremes I payed for , the tacos were good.
I also waited 15 minutes in line at the drive through, DO NOT plan on eating inside , it’s literally almost impossible .

Worst Taco Bell and worst KFC I think I’ve ever been to. It’s filthy inside and out, the food is always nasty, and the service is slow. I genuinely don’t understand how you can run a fast food restaurant this poorly.
This is coming from someone who loves Taco Bell usually. Don’t waste your money, just go down the road to Wendy’s or Jersey Mikes.

First of all the drive thru window is disgusting. So dirty. Looking inside isn’t better either. I ordered two things. Took about 8 minutes to come to window, I was the only person in line. I paid in cash and as I am waiting for my change the girl opens the register, looks as if she’s making change, takes about 20 more seconds before handing me my food and told me to have a good day. Did not give me my change. As I went to go say something she walked away. I work in the food industry and I know a lot of people will just tip the left over change. But you need to ask. Do not ever just assume I am tipping you. I have no problem tipping you. But don’t be entitled and just keep it with you me saying it’s all set or asking. Definitely won’t be back due to the lack of cleanliness of this restaurant. It was my first time at this restaurant and will be my last.

10 times out of 10 they forget half of my order i sit at the window waiting for someone to give me what i paid for nobody…. how is it one person is line and they acting like they line out by the street. as someone who’s worked in food service it is not rocket science, i’ve probably lost hundreds in the food i paid for and DIDNT give me so frustrating

Ordered 4-double beef and cheese burritos with no. Gave us 2 burritos, had to go back out the drive thru to get the other two beef burritos. When opening them, was given 2-bean burritos and 2-beef and cheese WITH sour cream. It’s not that hard to get right

Ordered a chicken sandwich. Half way through eating is realized it was raw. Threw it up. Came back and the night time manager wants to argue with us saying it wasn’t raw. Also refused to give us a refund.
