1 star – Absolute war crime in a wrapper
I just witnessed culinary terrorism at the drive-thru and I’m still in shock. This “soft taco” looked like it had been dragged through a dumpster fire then left to die in shame. The tortilla was so stale and brittle it cracked like a divorced dad’s ego when I tried to pick it up—shrapnel everywhere. Inside? A sad pile of wilted lettuce that had clearly given up on life, some limp onion strings, and then… the black beans. Oh sweet Jesus, the black beans.
These weren’t beans. These were charcoal briquettes that someone forgot to light and then slapped on anyway. Burnt to literal carbon, tasting like someone ashed a cigarette into a puddle of despair. The “sauce” was just brown regret trying to camouflage the crime scene. Every bite was a punishment: crunchy in the worst way, mushy in the wrong places, and so aggressively flavorless-yet-offensive that my tongue filed for divorce.
Shoutout to the drive-thru crew who handed me this abomination like they were proud of it. Took three separate attempts to understand “no sour cream,” then stared at me like I’d asked for a unicorn frappuccino. Absolute masterclass in confusion and zero brain cells firing. I’ve seen goldfish with better situational awareness.
Zero flavor, zero texture that wasn’t tragic, zero dignity left after eating half of it. If I could give negative stars I would. This taco didn’t just ruin my night—it ruined my faith in humanity’s ability to assemble food. Never again. Burn the place down and start over with actual edible ingredients.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy. 1 star only because Google won’t let me submit “biohazard.”

I am so unbelievably upset ! Lately going to this taco bell has been a nightmare! Orders all wrong and or missing items! Tonight we went through the drive through and ordered three grilled cheese burritos with chicken! When we got home to eat our meal I had opened my burrito and it was completely flat and stuck to the wrapper , there was no ingredients in the burrito other than very little chicken and maybe some cheese , but there was no sauce no rice nothing!! I will definitely not be going back to this location !

Food was alright but man is this location disgusting. Spilled food. Sauce packets exploded inside container stains everywhere and this was at 10:20am so wasn’t after a bid rush. Just not good

As someone who manages at a fast food place and has taken servsafe this places management needs to get there employees under control and teach them about food safety and how important it is. On the plus end the service was good, the person who took my order was nice and accurate. he didn’t give us our receipt and spoke quietly though so it was hard to know what number our order was. The main issue here was one guy we saw, long hair down and dangling in-front of him over peoples food and a huge puffy beard with no amount of beard net or safety from that falling in peoples food. In just basic common sense and food safety that is absolutely not allowed and they should know that there hair needs to be up and away from food. On top of this this same guy as we were leaving I saw him cough almost into his hands and even rub them on his clothes and get right back to making food, didn’t wash his hands or even change his gloves. That is absolutely disgusting not to mention coughing towards the food he is currently making. Believe it or not gloves don’t stay clean, they should be regularly changed and hands should be washed in between uses.

I have been to this Taco Bell many times I work across the street over at Staples. They are always kind and my food is always made correctly. They also work very hard in our short staffed and the employees that work there have a very difficult time so definitely ease up when you talk to them because they’re always respectful and always Remake anything that isn’t correct without any complaints that’s why I come here twice a week. I would give my business here any day. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for fast food somewhere.

Hands down the worst Taco Bell/kfc in Maine. Service was awful, the manager kept looking at the line at the counter and going “where’s my staff?” And her staff clearly didnt like her. Sauces were on the floor, cleanliness is awful there. Food is the worst I’ve ever had from fast food. Someone could put this place out of business so fast if they set up a halfway decent taco place nearby. Can’t believe it’s possible for a place to be this bad.

The employee who took our order was pleasant enough, and the other staff members were working hard. Ordered a party pack of tacos and a burrito supreme to go. Opened our food in the car in the lot. The tacos were ok, dull. The burrito supreme was wrapped in a tortilla so stale that the wrapped ends were crumbling/flaking off and hard. The inside was just a big mush. Our order was to go, thankfully, because the place was filthy!!! Who is the owner and manager?? Not just floors and tables but every window, door, and the open work area behind the counter. Gross. This place needs a very deep clean. Never again plan to step foot in there. One more thing – the entrance door in front of the handicapped parking and ramped sidewalk was locked! NO, that’s not right.

Ordered a Luxe box and 3 soft tacos with 2 fruit Tropicana drinks. Drinks had no taste and barely any color from water. All the food was cold except for the meat parts…. because there was little to NO meat on any of them and supreme was not supreme. Worst food and waste of time. Absolutely disgusted. It was a crappy taco bell before I didn’t think it could get worse. Well it did. For $22 spent and stale taco shells and chips and the rest I mentioned. Terrible but it won’t let you give a zero or minus star review.
