Got to the store at about 2 PM. My family had 6 people so we used the kiosk to order a mix of KFC and Taco Bell at 2:09. Got our KFC in about 7 minutes but not our taco bell and only half of our drinks. Asked for my other drinks. The lady acted like I was trying to steal from her. Waited and waited for my taco bell. 30 minutes later I still haven’t received it. The woman was rude and condescending, like I was the problem. Multiple people standing around and only one girl filling taco bell orders. Finally got some of our taco bell order and left with some because I didn’t have time to wait. I understand being short staffed but 45 minutes for Taco Bell is insane! And the attitude of the employee was ridiculous, not just to me she was rude to others too.

Literally the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too and as the world knows every Taco Bell is slow. But genuinely I’ve gone here a many times bc I love Taco Bell so much, but before going, you have to stop and think to yourself, is it worth losing an hour of my life? Because let me tell you one thing, you will be waiting for at least one hour no matter how little you get. I’m not sure how it’s the 21st century and a store can be this bad.

How is this place still open? All the one star reviews tell the story. Waited for 10 minutes just to order at the menu board. Came up to the window waited another 25 minutes, never got my food becuase I finally demanded a refund…which took another 10 minutes, after which the person said “you were only at the window for 20 minutes!” Please, for your sanity, do not come here! I have seen some stuff in my life: By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had… As my wife said “It far exceeded any expectations for a bad experience.”

Came here to pick up door dash around 1 p.m. today. The elderly lady behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment really bad. When I walked up to the counter for the order pick up she proceeds to say in a nasty tone of voice “finally! It’s been sitting here for a long time you know!” I calmly and nicely explain that there was a lot of traffic holding me up and I had only just gotten the notification. She then says “is not my problem and don’t be nasty to me!” I laughed and explained I wasn’t the one being nasty as she refuses to give me the order right away and instead held me there to continue being hostile towards me. As I walk away she proceeds to tell me to never come back in the store again and screams at me to get out. Hahaha I don’t even eat that stuff I only deliver it. I don’t want your nasty food! Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like crap by a miserable old lady

If only i could give negative stars in Google reviews. Abosulte nonsense food served. Food is half-cooked everytime ,especially for taco bell. I enjoyed eating taco bell so much before moving to this region but this taco bell has almost made me dislike the food. Absolute disappointment and disaster this tacobell. Needs a management change or more worker training on how to cook food and not be rude to customers.

Very dirty, didn’t have som of the KFC chicken because it never got unshaved. I ordered a crunch wrap, it tasted like old fryer oil somehow, so i threw it out. The poor girl at the counter did her best to deal with the chicken shortage that customers were requesting. This place needs a makeover and better management.

Customer service and employees were terrible! Waited forever on our food and was yelled at by the employees for standing and waiting for our food. This location needs to get rid of the grandma running this place and hire some kids that can actually move around without a limp.

I arrived Sunday at 1pm to hopefully snag the limited Baja Blast Pie. They were out of pies, and the person working the counter was very rude about it. So I ordered a burrito. 40 minutes later, I asked for my money back and left. I understand it was busy, but not 40 minutes for a single burrito busy. I am never coming back to this location.
