HAD to use the Kiosk to order.
Saw a couple senior citizens have difficulty with using it
The dining room was disgusting.
Trash was overflowing.
Tables were were cluttered with food and trash.
The floors hadn’t been swept in awhile.
It wasn’t busy.
The pictures don’t even touch the actual trashy appearance.

This place is genuinely incredibly terrible when it comes to service across the board. For being a fast food establishment they have seemed to forgot the “fast” portion of it all. I come here maybe once every three months knowing it’ll be absolute chaos in terms of how long it takes to get food (MINIMUM 30 minutes or more, regardless of size order) or if you even get the correct items in bag. I timed my last experience here at 34 minutes, I’m currently sitting in the parking lot after a small drive thru order and currently on 19 minutes stating they’ll find me in the lot, how? I’m not sure considering the person barely looked at me or even took note of the vehicle lol. They either need to make this only a taco bell or only a kfc and need new management or close down for a month to properly train their team members and do dummy runs for efficiency. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that wants something quick.

Without a doubt the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. Service was extremely slow and when my food finally did arrive (after almost 25 minutes) everything looked like it was put together in a rush. Quesadilla was paper thin with the smallest amount of filling imaginable and the taco that came with it was smashed so bad I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it, ended up just throwing it away. I’ll likely never come back to this location even again.

Although my recent past experiences at KFC locations have been more misses than hits, this KFC location in Keene made me a true fan of the Colonel once again.
As soon as I entered the door, I was greeted by a friendly hello from a smiling counterperson ready to take my order. The place was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, and the food was the best chicken I’ve had in a long time. All hits and no misses!
KFCs best location is Keene NH! Who would have guessed that. Recommended!

I really think this Tacobell needs some serious change in management. Ive worked in fast food before, I know its not the easiest job and I’m no stranger to dealing with customer frustration. But this Tacobell is genuinely just ridiculous. The staff are incompetent. It shouldn’t take 40 minutes in a drive thru. On top of that. I asked for a diet soda, and received a non diet soda (They literally filled the DIET SODA with regular) If i was diabetic that could have been seriously bad. I try and be kind but at this point i’m just completely fed up. Hopefully new management comes in soon.

Taco was not warm, cold. Sat inside & listened to employees argue in the back. Absolutely zero customer service. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone (annoyed) came and asked what i wanted… they never gave me a cup, waited alllll that time for a damn cup. Unreal this place, if you hate hospitality, whyyy work here?

I ordered 2 tacos at the kiosk. I sat there waiting, and apparently they put my order in the hold area, and walked away without calling my name out. After waiting for a while (and I had asked about my order and was told it was taking longer), they realized it was sitting there. The worse part of it is I was sitting watching for my order, and I was never called. She lied and kept insisting she called my name several times. At least own up to it if you mess up. I won’t be going back.

I hate to leave bad reviews but someone at corporate should know how horribly this place is run. Today took the cake… the lobby appeared open at 9:15 AM, 15 minutes after the posted opening time. We saw people inside so assumed they were really open. Got to the drive through, someone started to take our order before they said “not open yet”.
Confused, we assumed the drive through only may be closed. So, we went in. Staff saw us enter and said nothing. Others were eating so we felt confident we were good to go! We tried to order from the kiosk but it failed. Tried a second time, failed… not a single person working ever approached us to check in. My husband went up to the counter and waited for someone to come out. People saw him, repeatedly walked by, and still ignored us. Then, one of the people eating ran up to the counter yelling “mom! Mama” to one of the employees. There were 5 or 6 people eating and then it occurred to us that they were actually all family of someone working. Still, we waited. We were never approached. We were never checked on. We were never acknowledged.
Absolutely horrific experience and, regretfully, I can no longer patronize this establishment.

Crazy! It took 45 min to get through the drive thru. Based on these reviews, that’s fast. The food was missing stuff and burned beyond recognition! Why even open? Are the staff OK? We saw at least 4 workers. It was 8 p.m. not midnight. This place needs to be inspected and/or investigated. Never again!
