This is the absolute worst KFC/Taco Bell. Save yourself time and go somewhere else because they dont answer the drive thru or acknowledge your existence at the register. Quality of food is a disgraced to the chain names and i would have given this place zero stars if i could. The owner seriously needs to clean house and start with all new workers!

Seriously just terrible. All of the staff sound angry to take your order, and treat you like trash. Half the staff doesn’t know the menu items and give you the wrong food at seemingly random prices that change between visits. Yet again given the wrong order today at a random price, not going back again despite the convenient location. Definitely one of the worst fast food places I’ve eaten at. Trash service

This taco bell sucks for multiple reasons. I have come here about 4 times but no more. Every time something is wrong with the order or they forget something. They never have napkins or plastic utensils stocked. They all hide in the back so no one is ever near the counter when you need to speak to someone. The regular Baja blast is diet and the diet is diet too. The place is never clean. The doors and self ordering kiosks are disgusting. 35° outside right now and it’s equally as cold inside. I can literally see my breath as I type this. The manager behind the counter is holding her phone while talking on speaker and typing with gloves on. Proceeds to push her glasses up the bridge of her nose and wipe her face and then starts handling food. This place needs to be shut down for being so unsanitary.

First they tell me the drive thru is closed after waiting several minutes at the speaker, then I wait several minutes before someone comes to the counter. When they take my order they try to charge me $11 for a sandwich when there’s a big sign advertising it as $3.99 in the window. Left without getting anything.

They just suck. I don’t understand how they are still a running store they take 30 minutes to get your food out. Not a fast food place that’s for sure. They need to hire more workers at least to make their lives easier. Worst Taco Bell go to a different one.

Food is okay but the workers make up their own hours and tell you they are closed during normal business hours (Friday 6:40 pm) They also only want to give you ONE sauce for family meals which is crazy. Starving and open might be worth trying but don’t go out of ur way.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL.these ppl are horribly rude to customers. I ordered a strawberry freeze for my daughter. We waited 10 minutes for 2 cheesy roll ups and the strawberry freeze. And when the cheesy roll ups came out, they just handed me a cup, then I had to wait another 10 minutes to ask somebody where my freeze was cuz there was nobody at or near the counter. Then she took the cup from me and went to do something in the back and talking with her co-workers for another 10 minutes, then she used my cup to fill up a root beer for a drive through customer. And after waiting another 10 minutes, I said, I’m waiting for an orange freeze.And she yelled at me and said , i’m gonna make it in a minute!! And then when she made it she slammed it on the counter in front of my 8 year old daughter and walked away. Unbelievable.

Ive been going here for years, and since the remodel, the food and service quality have both improved. It’s taco bell and KFC, you know exactly what to expect food wise with both.
The only issue that comes to mind is when ordering thru a delivery service. Im not sure who exactly should be held accountable for incorrect orders/missing items in a delivery as both contribute through their respective roles person, but my order has been not once been delivered to me correctly when orderd through uber eats and door dash from this particular restaurant. In person or drive thru orders are usually correct and without any issues. I dont usually have these kind of issues with uber or door dash at any other restaurants, (outside of my orders from the particular kfc/taco bell) i’ve only had to submit refund requests for missing/incorrect items 2-3 times since i first started using these apps. Ive had submit a request for every individual order from here, resulting in a high enough number of reports ive had to submit that uber eats has flagged my account and will no longer reimburse me for missing or incorrect items because it appears like fraud/abuse to them, costing me money for productsive never received. Like I said, ive only had to do it 2-3 other times outside of orders from this restaurant. I highly recommend this place if you are ordering in person or in the drive thru, but id urge you to think twice before using a food delivery app specifically for this restaurant. Im not sure who is at fault, but I know i shouldn’t be the one held responsible when the issues/disconnect occurs prior to my delivery.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT ANY FAST FOOD PLACE. spent 35 minutes in line only to wait another 11 waiting for our food. they didn’t start making it until we got up there and the cashier had to keep telling people to make it. as we are waiting for our food the workers had made their own food and was walking around eating and goofing around. non of the workers were actually working and where walking around doing absolutely nothing. they were too lazy to refill the drinks.. after almost 50 mins of waiting i received the food and was barely any meat in my taco… honestly extremely disappointed and will never be returning to taco bell again.
