I usually don’t leave reviews but this warranted a review. Go anywhere else but here. This is just a waste of money. When you spend 34 dollars on 3 meals they forget half the order. The other half is falling out of the wrappers before you even pull anything out. There is barely anything in the chalupas that cost $15 for supreme.

I ordered on door dash, and nothing we received was correct or edible. genuinely one of the grossest things ever. i ordered 2 burritos w rice beans and sour cream. ill upload the pics so you can see how bad they are. Also did not receive the second drink, and the taco was not a Doritos taco as we ordered. i would give this negative starts if i could.

Every time I come here the service is horrible. I’d say probably 4 out of 5 times the my order was missing something, they skimped on ingredients, I got the wrong order, or the service was completely slow. One time I was asked to pull around front to wait for my food and I was out there 20 minutes before I drove up to the window again just to find out they forgot about my order somehow. I’ve ordered and had things missing and had to go back. This last time I ordered a chicken cantina bowl and it was literally just beans, cheese, guac, pico, and sour cream. There was no rice and no chicken! How do you consistently have the worst service out of any taco bell I’ve ever gone to?? I live down the street which is the only reason I’ve given y’all so many chances but this last time was just the last straw. I’m never coming back to this location

Check out KFC/Taco Bell in Webster, MA. What made this stop special was a worker. Marc (with a C) was awesome. Great personally serving the drive-through. We need more Marc’s in the world. He is a blessing. Oh and the food was ok. The chicken was a bit dry.

This restaurant is a complete disaster. You order from either of the franchises within and there is absolutely no organization. The manager has zero interest in actually doing her job, and there were three four different people waiting for an hour for their food and all of which was only two sandwiches. Every single person waiting was waiting on two sandwiches or two items. It was profoundly inappropriate and inconveniencing and those of the people that were delivering lost money as a result of that corporate will be contacted by all three of the delivery people something’s got to be done

I would not recommend Door Dashing from this location. I ordered two combos with large drinks and two desserts, and received 3 tacos in a sealed bag with an incorrect receipt. I used my refund to order what was left off, and it arrived, sealed, missing the two desserts. I used my refund to order the desserts, and only one showed up, again with an inaccurate receipt. Maybe their system is glitched, but they won’t pick up. Order from somewhere else.

The staff is rude and rushes your order at the drive-thru. Due to the lack of concern about what customers want, the food does not come out how it was ordered. Tonight, I ordered a nacho bell grande with jalepenos, and received the nachos without jalepenos. Additionally, I received a taco supreme that filled maybe 1/3 of the shell, the other 2/3 is completely bare (see photo below). This location also never gives receipts to their customers unless the customer asks for one, probably because they know they are charging for food that is not being given to the customer, and printing a receipt is clearly far too much added “labor” for these employees. It’s evident the employees are lazy and careless, and it does not seem management is at all concerned with the food they are sending out. I’m aware this is fast food service but come on, the service and quality is pathetic!

Edit: I don’t know why I keep coming here, their service is consistently terrible. I’m as liberal/progressive as they come. Genuinely believe service workers should get 25/hr and consistently tip 100% of my bill at restaurants.

Seemed clean. People are nice. They take way too long to get your order ready. Almost every time the order is wrong as well.
