How has Taco Bell managed to get so very expensive while stripping your menu down to inedible garbage?! I can order authentic Mexican food from local business for the same prices and the portions are twice the size and made with real ingredients. I mean, 2 tablespoons of crappy “beef” for a full burrito, are you kidding me?! I used to be a Taco Bell girly through and through. But for the first time ever I am disgusted and embarrassed. Just gross! Fix yourself before you go out of business. I would support your business if you started offering anything good ever again. Seriously!

I have sent numerous complaints on phone and thru app after I received my deliveries. I’ve called and tried to get manager at fernley,nv location. 89408. I have been laughed at told to leave because of their mess up. Just straight up robbing me of the upgrades I pay for. And never receive. ALOT of the time im ignored. Just over taco bells bullshit. Worst fast food chain out here in reno. Trust me it takes alot for me to do this but I’ve had it. It is going all over our blogs and YouTube about this company. I love the bean burrito but must have the onions. I was half way through the burrito and no onions had shown up yet. Thinking they were at the bottom of the burrito, but got to about 1/3 of the bottom of the burrito, still no one onions. Went to the counter and a manager and co-worker were on their phones texting in the kitchen area and they didn’t see me or look up. I had to get there attention and told them there weren’t any onions on my burrito and they said they didn’t have any onions…no apologies or offer to to get a refund. Also, I don’t think there was any cheese on it and was very bland and had no taste. And the size…the size was very small and was mostly flour tortilla wrap. I’m very disappointed and have been coming to Taco Bell since the 80’s.

Not only has this abysmal excuse for a chain committed the atrocious act of removing the glorious stacker from their menu, they’ve done something even more deplorable.
They added a potato taco to the menu and chose to pass on the opportunity to call it the “PoTaTaco”! Absolutely unforgivable.

Placed an order inside Taco Bell #025502 in San Diego on Camino Del Este. 25 minutes later asked about order since no one inside had received their order. They said they were only servicing drive thru, that it was too busy and they were understaffed. Asked for a refund and left.Everyone else started getting vocal about staff’s decision since they had been waiting also. Definitely lost my business from now on.

The oneonta NY store consistently has an hour + wait time even when the dining room is closed and no cars.in the drive through. Once food comes out a good portion of the time it is cold and/or.missing items. As a door dasher/Uber eats driver, this type of service reflects poorly on me with our mutual customers and costs Me to lose money when its not at all my fault that your staff cant make food in a timely manner. I was rudely told tonight 10/25 that all of the fast.food places have long waits which is incorrect. Taco bell is the ONLY resturaunt with the issue and again its consistently unacceptably long wait times. Myself and other food service drivers have begun declining any/all orders coming out of this location..

The self serve kiosk with zero employee contact is frustrating at best I work as a dsp and my clients(developmental disabilities)need to order what they want they do not have the ability or patience to use the touchscreen many pay with cash. The employees won’t help even when you ask. Its a no go for my clients now . Sad day when my client wants tacos and to set inside to eat.

Ate at the location in Jackson (Christmasville), TN tonight, store #034694. I have never in my life received such horrible tacos. Shells all broken and hardly anything inside. The tacos were flat as pancakes. So disappointed as I know, from eating at Taco Bell’s 40 years, THIS IS NOT THEIR QUALITY OR STANDARD.
