Twice I ordered food from here on Doordash only to have items missing. Neither the restaurant nor Doordash did anything. I was just out the money they stole from me. Then I visited this location at 9:15 a.m. which they have posted as opening hour, when I finally left at 10 a.m. they were still not opened. This is by far the worst and most thieving taco bell location I have experienced.

-Taco Bell Cantina is starting to catch fire.
-The first one I saw was on the Strip in Vegas.
-What sets these “cantinas” apart is the fact that they sell beer & margaritas.
-This brand-new location is very clean, very modern.
-You can actually see them making your food right behind a clear glass so any doubts you’ve had about Taco Bell can be put to rest since they use precise measuring instruments to make your food.
-I also like the very clean & unlocked bathroom (not sure if they will lock it up later at night though).
-If you want to order a beer or margarita, you can only do that at the counter & not the self-help kiosk.
-If you want to spend some time here & work you can actually do that since there are USB & electrical outlets built-in.
Overall, the food is great when you have that Taco Bell craving every now & then.

Totally disrespected by the young lady who Got mad at me because she didn’t properly hear my order.. Then the manager comes out talks to her and I proceed to get yelled at disrespected and scolded in front of customers. I tell them that they can read about it on the reviews and they proceed to tell me that they’re not gonna waste their time with me as I’m walking out the door !!. Embarrassing for your staff whoever you are Mr. Owner……… Mind you I’m in San Jose. On 19 market st!!……please I’ve been a manager in the food chain industry .Not cool,how did she get that position with such a mouth?. Light skinned Hispanic woman with tattoos on her forearms….
