I went to pickup an order that I placed 30
Minutes prior for pickup at 7:15.
There was no one working the front counter, when someone finally came up to the register @ 7:35, I asked for a refund, when the manager arrive he stated that he couldn’t give me a refund I said okay then I’d like my food, I ordered it for 7:15 so I could grab it and go! Manager REFUSED to give me my money back and stated I can do it online in the app, (the manager also didn’t offer to help, and also stated it would be 24 HR… Which it DOES NOT give you the option to do, I explained this they told me to leave or they were calling the police, I said go ahead, I called them also!
Funny thing is WHEN I SAW THE COPS PULL UP, the food came out, I explained the situation to the police, I showed him that it didn’t let me ask to cancel, mind you the order still showed in process, so I ended up taking the food at 7:50… The store was nasty, the employees were not in uniform nor meeting health code violations, (see photos), then Taco Bell TRESPASSED ME, for asking for my money or food….
DONT WORRY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO TACO BELL ANY LOCATION, EVER! I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING CORPORATE, AS WELL AS PUBLIC RELATIONS!

I was told to leave the lobby after entering. I then waited a half hour for my food outside before asking about the progrsss of my order. I was told when I asked that my name would be added to the bottom of a paper list the manager was keeping for doing orders. He said they only have 4 people working. I could see the kitchen clearly through the windows. I saw 2 people making food and 2 people watching. I am writing this now with my food being 40 minutes after the estimated ready time. I was told they could not cancel my order. Your app does not allow me to do so either. There were also only about 10 people waiting for food. The main issue is that they were slow, not busy. Worst restaurant experience of my life.

Edit: finally got my food over an hour after ordering. It was cold and missing multiple ingredients.

I was HIGHLY disappointed with the food i received. I was welcomed with 2/3 of my tacos being soggy with WET MEAT JUICE. Due to being placed in the bag improperly, my soggy burrito concoction was highly ruined. i could NOT go on with my day. I saw that taco…everywhere…haunting me…Second of all, it was forgotten by your employees to give me my deliciously frozen to perfection baja blast freeze…I felt depressed…i had to have it…immediately…i RAN back in…destined for my baja blast… i received it…but I’ll never forget the sadness i was waved of upon not getting it…Although, Your employees we’re very nice. as I had no trouble communicating with them! The atmosphere…was…sickening…it reminded me of walking into a millennial burger place. Overall, I was HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED with my food, just enough to make me put two stars. Unless you’re looking for a soggy burrito concoction to be spilt on a funny plant, don’t order soft tacos from this FOUL establishment.

Primarily serves mobile orders. They have order kiosks if you walk in. Hardly anyone is ever at the front if you need service. My orders have come out fairly accurately but is a nuisance if you need to speak to anybody for anything.

Food was great, and the workers were very kind. The place was clean and looked very nice inside and outside. They seemed very organized. I didn’t wait no longer than 5 minutes for my food. Food was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend eating here. The only downside was that it was difficult to find parking.

If I could go below 1 star I would, I ordered from here and wanted extra sauce on my quesadillas, and red sauce on my burritos. I got my food and The quesadillas were BURNT, on top of that there was absolutely NO SAUCE AT ALL. Just chicken and cheese. My burritos were cold and stale and had no red sauce in them and were dry. I didn’t get straws for my drinks and I didn’t get any sauce at all. Terrible service with a bunch of more than likely drunk teenagers that can’t even make themselves packaged food. This place needs to actually do their job…

No words could ever express how much I hate this Taco Bell. If I could make a petition for this Taco Bell to be abolished I would. Everyone who works here needs to be fired and probably put into rehab. I have never once ordered here and have gotten my food in less than an hour. My order hasn’t once been right and I have never gotten sauce with my order ether. I would rather scoop my eyes out with a spoon than order from here again. I don’t care if this was the last food establishment on the planet I’d rather starve then have to waste my money here.

It’s good quality food. It has flavor. More so when comparing their burritos to those at the nearby sit down restaurants.

Burritos should not be limited to overly salted ground beef, which is where Taco Bell actually out performs a few of the nearby Mexican restaurants.

The Taco Bell team here is serious about their work, which helps with the experience.

As one of the few Cantina locations, it’s got a scaled up decor whole still being in the fast food restaurant group.

You can order a beer here too. They have the “bottoms-up” tech, which fills a plastic glass of beer from the bottom and of course the plastic cup/glasss doesn’t leak afterwards.

I’ve been a couple times during the day and it was fine. Tried to pick up my online order tonight (during a school break) and was told they “closed early” 20 minutes AFTER my order processed. I then watched 10+ other cars pull in for their mobile orders also to no avail. Smh.

We went out of our way to go to this location so we could buy alcohol with our dinner. After making the purchase we were informed there wasn’t a manager on duty with a liquor license to serve it. We waited 20 minutes for our food. When we first arrived we asked for our table to be wiped off and it never happened so we used napkins when we finally got our food. They also ran out of straws. Won’t be returning.
