One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. I waited over 40 minutes for my order, and when I asked for an explanation, the staff casually told me, “You can cancel if you want, it’s not ready.” No apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix the situation.
The employees consistently appeared irritated and unprofessional, with extremely poor communication and no sense of customer service. The overall attitude made it clear that customers are an inconvenience at this location.
I strongly recommend going to a different Wendy’s, even if it’s much farther away. This location fails at the most basic level of service and professionalism.

For years, we have consistently received poor service specifically at this location. Staff are unsure of what certain menu options are and refuse to offer the prices posted saying there are “up charges” even when other locations in the city do not. Staff and manager provide poor customer service. The Dougall location is five stars all around; however!

I used to love this location as its right by my house. But the last few times we’ve been going there the food has declined. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 crunch wrap supreme combos and we asked for hot sauce and mild sauce. Once we got home we had absolutely no sauce in our bags and no straws for our drinks. When we started eating the crunch wrap supreme there was about maybe 30% of the meat that is usually in there. Our fries supreme also barely had anything on it.
They really need to train these new comers a lot better.

No signs on either washroom doors. The washroom door was very hard to open. Push but very very hard.

I’ve officially lost count of how many times Taco Bell has messed up my order. Without fail, everytime I order something or drive thru, something is missing. This isn’t a one-time issue it happens every single time. It’s incredibly frustrating to get home and realize you didn’t get what you ordered, especially when you’ve paid for it.
It seems like no one there cares enough to double-check orders, which is shocking for a business that’s all about fast food convenience. The service is sloppy, and the attention to detail is nonexistent. If you’re considering ordering here, just know that your chances of getting everything you paid for are slim.

Hold on to your hats, folks, because I’ve got the inside scoop on Taco Bell Canada’s Veggie Crispy Taco Melt Box and Mexican Pizza! As a vegetarian, I’m always on the lookout for tasty meatless options, and let me tell you, these dishes did not disappoint.
First up, the Veggie Crispy Taco Melt Box. This bad boy is stuffed with refried beans, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream, all packed into a crispy taco shell. And don’t forget the side of nacho chips and cheese sauce. I chose that instead of fries. I know. I have up potatoes in a Canada . The cinnamon twist were good. You get a drink with the box as well. The box is like a fiesta in your mouth! I mean, who needs a date when you have a crispy taco box like this? ♀️
But wait, there’s more! The Mexican Pizza was the perfect compliment to my taco feast. It’s a crispy tortilla shell loaded with refried beans, melted cheese, diced tomatoes. I definitely customized it. The staff was intrigued and accommodating. It’s like a pizza and a taco had a baby, and boy was it a beautiful baby.
And let’s not forget about the staff at this Taco Bell location. I was shocked at how pleasant and accommodating they were, even with all my customizations. They must have a secret stash of patience back there, because they made sure my order was just the way I wanted it.
All in all, I have to say that this Taco Bell Canada’s Windsor location is the bee’s knees. The food was fantastic, the staff was amazing, and I left feeling like I had just won the lottery. Myself as well as several others waited half an hour for food at the counter after ordering. Been frequenting this location for over two decades and I’ve never waited this long. On top of the wait no garlic dip for your brand new menu item, and no compensation for the wait although the customer in front of us was offered complimentary menu items for the wait.

This is insanity… in what world is this fries supreme. Paying 15$ for 2 fries supreme and a soft taco to receive this is ridiculous. There’s about 7 fries in here with some kind of spicy seasoning that was not asked for. I almost got right back in my car and brought it back. So cheap. Im so disappointed .
