Everything I come here later in the day they mess up my orders. Got a party pack asked for no nacho fries wanted fry Supreme they gave me nachos fries and made the fry Supreme with nachos fries after telling them I didn’t want them. During the day service is great later in the day and closing is horrible the make workers don’t listen properly when you order

Today I came 2 times for the delivery pickup. There is a Indian guy at the Cashier and he didn’t even care me for 10 min at the 1st time. He is doing is own business and after that asked ‘what is the name”, “show me the name” like that. That order was almost ready at that time. Once I came 2nd time, he asked same as above. Then I asked him, what are you ignoring the delivery pickup. Then he told me he is taking a order. I asked him why you Waited me for 10 min at 1st time. No answer. Management can have a look if there is cctv is working. Time is around 5.45 pm to 6 pm. See how the behavior of this poor Indian guy.
Also, pls asked that guy to treat the delivery drivers as customer. At least say Hi, thank you. He didn’t even know the basics. This guy is demanding that you can complain, will see what happen like that.
I told him several times, pls don’t vanish the culture in Canada.

Please do not order delivery from this place OR dine in. I have dined in 4 or 5 times and have always gotten attitude by staff. They do not care because they face no consequences.
I foolishly ordered food from here recently and it took 40+ minutes to arrive. Of course everything was inedible. My order was also incorrect.
My “Promise Time” was 9:27PM. My receipt was printed at: 9:34PM. My “OTD Time” was 8:57PM.
Make it make sense.
There is a reason this store has the worst rating in the city.

“Taco Bell never disappoints! The service was quick and everything came out hot and fresh. The tacos were loaded with flavor and the portions were just right. I really liked how the staff were polite and the place was clean. It’s the perfect spot when you’re craving something tasty and affordable. Definitely one of my favorite fast food stops!”

This location is the worse taco bell windsor has ever had, and that’s not saying much. They just barely threw ingredients together to make the order, not one item resembled what it was supposed to be. The chicken was so expired it looked like they took if from the garbage because they didn’t want to make anymore. So brown and hard you couldn’t chew it, definitely not edible and never should of been used. Take out is a treat for families now, and to get my order with every item not made correctly or not edible, intentionally is ripping my family off. This location should be inspected by the health unit for proper food safety and storage.

Food was good (typical Taco Bell unhealthy cheap comfort food). Service was great considering only two people seemingly running the whole place by themselves, (one handling both cash and ‘cook’). Good value really for what you get. Ideal if on a budget. Location is downtown, so that’s cool. People can hate all they want on Taco Bell, but most of the time, I think they really deserve more respect. Get some!

I ordered double decker taco yesterday and today as well for my lunch but both the time the sauce was very less. It was so dry i couldnt eat it. I did pay extra for add on sauce but still it was very dry. I ignored it yesterday but today the same thing happened. Never ordering from this place again.

UNACCEPTABLE – A BUG IN MY DRINK!
I am utterly disgusted. Today, I finished my drink and found a BUG stuck to the inside of the cup, attached to the straw! This wasn’t a fly that landed in it; it was sealed inside the cup from the start. This is a massive food safety failure and completely unacceptable
