We ordered taco supreme bundle which comes with lettuce tomatoes cheese with meat. They clearly were out of lettuce and said nothing. So when i go to eat the taco I’m expecting it to be there and i was disappointed. It would have been nice to be told that they were out because i would have chosen something different.

Gave it a 1 because I can’t get a negative number to come up. Tried two days in a row thinking was just that crew. First day made order and was paying in cash. Change was supposed to be .72 $ worker says he didn’t have any change so he proceeded to charge me the full amount with me eating the change. Next day could hardly hear young lady at drive thru. Missed most of the order when we got to the window food was laid in bag loose moved bag and tacos went all over other food in bag. This location needs a lot of help It was good when it opened but is in dire need of management.

The people that work here are very nice. Thats the only positive. My husband and I moved here two years ago and visit taco bell about twice a month. Not once have we gotten everything weve ordered. There is ALWAYS AT LEAST ONE thing missing if not more. This amount of mess ups is ridiculous to me. I am tired of paying for items i dont recieve then the manager telling me they cant refund online orders. About done with this taco bell. Ridiculous
