Ordered supreme doritos taco, got no lettuce sour cream or tomatoes. Just sloppy nasty beef and melted cheese in stale taco shells. Usually, I’d power through, but this was inedible. I’m never eating here again.

Wait time on food is terrible, especially if you have to go inside. The worker up front said they prioritize drive through customers so that’s why it takes longer inside. Prices have also got way out of hand, I can go to several local places for about the same price now. Also it’s not often that my orders are right anymore, something is always missing. Used to love this place but I no longer recommend. I drive out to the Palmer location if I want Taco Bell now, even with drive time it ends up taking the same amount of time total.

They can’t do there job and actually give you the proper portion sizes. Why is the so empty when I used to get 3/4 of the cup. Now I have to get 4 of them. Now I have to pay 1.70 for the same amount as I used to get.

I hardly ever go to taco bell… wanted to take my daughter there for a quick meal. After I ordered, a man sitting at a table said, “You need to tell them how long the wait is!” The guy behind the counter said there are 13 orders in front of you when he gave me my food. Shocked. Turns out some of the people in the lobby had been there for an hour.

I ended up waiting 45 minutes from when I submitted my order to when I got my food. Staff was still cordial even though people were angry and 3 different parties left… Seemed to be plenty of people prepping and such. Not sure how it can take so long to make 3 tacos and 2 orders of nachos. I was patient, and felt bad for those in a hurry. Because they locked the lobby doors from the outside, the drive thru line ended up out of the parking lot by the time I left with my food. There’s got to be a better way.

As far as food goes, seemed a little different than I remember. Maybe its just me. Had staff not been cordial i would have rated service at 1, but them maintaining their cool earned them another star. Not sure if it was an off day or normal, but I’m not willing to find out again, unless it’s through drive thru.

So this location changes over the years along with the people who run it and work in it, I’ve seen it really awesome, and I’ve seen it really sad. I would say when you get the food that you order, and you interact with people as little as possible, this Taco Bell is at this point at its best. But so often the lobby isn’t open, They get your order wrong or straight up don’t include food you ordered, or when you do order food they sound very much like they don’t want to be there which I understand. That being said when the people all seem to be happy and working together I’ve seen this Taco Bell be one of the best around so I hope to see that happen again.

Ok so I did wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes but maybe that’s my fault for going at 5pm on New Year’s Eve. However it was worth it because the service here was wonderful. I was grumpy to say the least after the wait but even tho these guys had a million customers in line, they gave me special attention and handled my unique requests with patience and grace. Also they actually took the time to make my food the way I requested. The cashier even complimented my nails on the way out. So maybe don’t go if you’re in a rush but truly an enjoyable experience that I recommend for affordable burritos.

I don’t expect much its taco bell , but literally. Less than 2oz of meat in 2 freaking taco is ridiculous. I paid 10 bucks for 2 soft tacos and got maybe a fingernail worth of meat . And they said they will move it up the chain

I walked in and was rudely told there was no counter service. I had to use a kiosk. No problem. I ordered and was told they didn’t have the strawberry slushy I ordered. I asked if they had anything else slushy and was told the dragon fruit one. Awesome, that is what I really wanted, but I didn’t see any availability. She handed me a white slushy and said we were out of the red sauce. That is probably why it was unavailable, and she walked away. I didn’t feel like arguing, so I just waited for my food. She came back and questioned me about the 3 tacos with no meat, no cheese, and add tomatoes. I said yes, just lettuce, tomatoes, and I understand there is still an upcharge for tomatoes. Wow, every other Taco Bell will at least fill the taco with lettuce and tomato since it now costs 2.69 a piece. The tacos were pathetic, my no bean burrito had beans, and the churros had no sugar or cinnamon. They just tasted like Styrofoam. My grandson made a face and spit them out. Do better, Wasilla Taco Bell, definitely not worth the 50$ I spent

I’d like to start off by saying your night crew is awesome. They work really hard. That being said, the robot that’s been taking orders recently sucks. It takes 5 minutes to get half the info I would get from a real person in 30 seconds. I understand you’re trying to push the Taco Bell app really hard, but the app simply doesn’t work correctly for some of us and alot of us would rather just speak to a person.

The man at the window is a very great conversationalist. Lots of people in their learning quick discipline; sometimes they need reminding of the job at hand. But then again, I’m not exception. 9/10 will go again! Possibly in the further future when I’m hungry!
