I know, you get what you get with fast food. I shouldn’t be surprised, but come on! Not even a spoon full of beans in my taco and what happened to the extra topping I paid for. Really disappointing and I definitely will not try again.

Should update your Doordash pickup instructions. The Dasher app tells me to go to the drive thru and the staff at drive thru told me to come inside. Wasted a good 10 minutes sitting through drive thru traffic and then walking inside.
How hard is it to just hand us the order through the window?

I’ve been to this location several times and I wont be back. The food is awful and the service is mediocre.
The last time I went, I paid for my food and then I was told they ran out of nacho cheese. I was given the option of sauce I told them I didn’t want on the burritos I paid for, hot sauce which is free or extra bean. I asked for a frozen drink and was given a small. I paid for a nacho and 4 sides of cheese. That’s over $5.00 and was given a small drink.
I get home and the rice is hard a stone and guess what, only one burrito had the nacho cheese that it should have came with.
These people do not care if you get fresh food or if it’s going to be good.
The final straw was that I was told they cannot serve me through the drive through because I have an Electric Scooter. So because I have chosen to buy an Eco-Friendly Hyper Scooter taco bell will not let me go through the drive through. I’ve tried going into the lobby and they tell me the lobby is closed.
It’s 2025 Electric Scooters are a thing now and TacoBell needs to address this policy. Im not on foot or on a bicycle. Im not on a toy, it’s a 3k Hyper Scooter and this is my only means of transportation.
Something needs to change at this location, I’ve had nothing but problems from day one. I highly recommend you drive a few miles down the road to another location. You’ll thank me.
UPDATE 01-11-2026: These guys still dont have it together. I’ve been here a lot dashing and the orders are always late. They update door dash stating the order is ready but it never is. Our drive times suffer from it and now I will not take any Taco Bell orders.
So, whether its delevy or eating in dont order from or eat at this location.

The new manager treats doordashers really bad. To the point I will never deliver for this location again unless management changes. Went in to get an order they gave it to some the first Dasher then a second Dasher showed up and I was the third Dasher to show up for it. Then she started ranting about how they stole the food. I said to her one year I got nine car accidents in my car totaled twice by people. They could have got in a car accident they could have got bit by a dog they could have got shot at they could have got attacked by a person you don’t know. Then she yelled at me that she wasn’t going to get paid for the second meal she’s sending out. I told her you can get paid if you call doordash they’ll pay for the second meal and she told me she didn’t have time for that and she refused to talk to me. I was trying to help her. It’s not my fault she’s not educated that’s your guys’s fault. I reported it to doordash how this manager has been treating us badly. Every time this lady does this to me I report it to doordash and its recorded. If you don’t like a store dashers or if you want to disrespect us don’t do it in front of us. Very rude to be talking about doordashers poorly in front of another door Dasher. Disrespect all the way around horrible manager. Hi doordash full-time and I’ve been delivering for you guys since 2019 at this location. You just lost one of your core doordashers that actually knows what the heck is going on. Have fun with your newbies if she doesn’t value US doordashers maybe she should get out of the kitchen. She has been nothing but disrespectful to a store dashers treating us like trash since she started. And you wonder why your whole crew walked out on you. This is a management thing from higher than your manager. You obviously don’t know how to train them to respect us and what we do for you guys. This looks bad on the owner. I respect myself enough to be treated better and not let people belittle the people I work with around me or in front of me. Maybe you should train them to respect as a starting point. I have been shot at in high-speed chase and pulled out of my car by somebody I have been attacked by dogs and people multiple times. One guy tried to kidnap me and I put him in prison all for your little $5 meal to be delivered and then I got to go into your Taco Bell and put up with her disrespect. We thrash our cars for this job. And she wants to walk away when I’m talking to her and total disrespect and tell me she won’t talk to me when I’m trying to help her not me her.. what a disrespectful manager you have talking down on doordashers for stealing in front of me when you don’t even know if it got stolen or not. There are so many elements that go into doordashing. And if you can’t hire a manager that respects us you don’t deserve our service. I will be contacting the district manager about this and the CEO of the franchise

It’s just a Taco Bell, so you probably already know what the food will taste like. But it’s a lovely little location!
The staff is always exceptionally friendly, the restaurant interior is up-to-date, and the parking and drive thru are easy to access.

This South Hill Taco Bell consistently delivers great service and quality. The team here is always upbeat and helpful, and I appreciate how quickly they move even when the line is long. My food has been spot-on every time—fresh, hot, and just how I ordered it. The restaurant is clean and well-managed, which really sets it apart from other locations in Spokane. Definitely worth the stop if you’re on the South Hill and craving Taco Bell.

We came all the way from Canada to come to this Taco Bell. The service was unmatched!! Both Jeff and the establishment were lively in all the right ways!! Jeff and his team went above and beyond to get us our DLT. We will definitely be making the 8h drive back to this Taco Bell.

This taco bell location has been very hit or miss lately. I love taco bell, I always get the same order. 2 chicken cantina quesadillas with a side of nacho cheese sauce. Today, I received 2 chicken cantina quesadillas with avocado ranch cooked in. I’m assuming they switched up orders, but I’m still irritated. Not only did my order come incorrectly, but it was not cut up. Usually these quesadillas are split into four pieces. Sometimes if there’s a rush or something maybe just two halves (which I dislike, but don’t complain usually). So now half my food is becoming an avocado ranch avalanche because I’m making a mess. Since I used door dash for this order I know I can’t seek compensation through TB, and that’s fine, (even though DD only gave me $5 for a total of $20 of food) but I’m writing this review in hopes someone who works here sees it and makes sure the restaurant is more observant from now on.
