I went thru drive thru, some days better than others. I love thier crunchy tacos, but some days there is little filling. Some days they stuff that she’ll. Those days are what brings me back over and over. Plus the tellers are amazing. They have only made 1 mistake, and I’ve been going for years. They corrected error and made it right. The store on Monroe and Boone my favorite spot. Be careful those tacos can become addictive. lol Enjoy, and your welcome.

I have always loved TB, but the past few years have been rough. I placed my order. Like usual, get asked if I want anything grande or spicy. I said no to both for my entire order. They proceeded to ask if I wanted anything with extra meat or sour cream or jalapeños to “make things more filling or spicy” for each item. I said “no” each time and was obviously irritated. It’s clear that management makes them ask these questions but I can’t believe they have to ask twice now with different verbiage. When I got my order, I noticed I had one hot sauce pack for my entire order. It felt like I was punished for being short with them for asking me the same question multiple times. I’m likely done with Taco Bell’s in general because of this. It’s really infuriating and unnecessary.

Food was fine.

Service was terrible on March 1st at around 8:30pm when I came in. I think the manager should see who was working that night, as multiple people were really rude to me. I placed a mobile order, and had it placed for drive thru, went into the lobby as I was the passenger in a vehicle that couldn’t really easily access the drive thru. I’ve done this at other Taco Bell’s and they can pull up the order and just hand it to me in the lobby, but instead the worker said “I can’t do that you’ll have to go through the drive thru”. Holding my food hostage isn’t really what I’d ever expect – like imagine I didn’t have a car, and had accidentally placed it for drive thru pickup, you mean to tell me that I couldn’t get my food then? Wild.

Anyways, I pull around through the drive thru while 5 employees are watching in the lobby. They all saw me come in and knew I had a mobile order for Jordan. Therefore, I drove past the speaker box, and the person at the window decided to speak to us in a demeaning way saying “you have to stop at the speaker box, so we know what order we’re working on.” YOU LITERALLY JUST STARED AT US MOVING THE CAR ACROSS THE WHOLE PARKING LOT? Like hello?!

All in all, due to the terrible service and all around rude service from the night crew working, I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell, as they made me feel belittled. I am saddened as this one is a convenient location for me, but I’d drive 30 minutes before going back to this one ever again.

First off, I used to enjoy Taco Bell. Since they start trying to force you to upgrade your meals, I will never go back.

I went through the drive thru, and ordered my food adding I want it just the way it comes. I did this knowing they were going to ask a million questions. The lady taking my order, says I am still going to ask cause it’s my job. I understand it is the company forcing it and not the employee, but I am the customer and if I tell you how I want it, why do you HAVE to still ask. Taco Bell should do better.

First of all we were only offered grande or spicy. I thought grande was regular because those were the only 2 options we had so I paid 13$ extra dollars for toppings i didn’t want. When we brought it to his attention he said he couldn’t edit anything. And he only gave us 2 napkins for a big order. I had to turn around to get napkins. Not happy

Helmo was our window service, and they were absolutely amazing. He was so kind and nice, super friendly, fast, efficient, and everything correct as we modified a lot of our order, and they had it ready quickly. All of the staff was friendly, but big props to Helmo.

I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone, and we will be returning here.

This is a gripe against staffing numbers and not the employees. I went to the drive thru and one of my items was made incorrectly. No problem, it happens. I walked inside the building to ask for the item to be made correctly, but there was no staff near the counter. All the self-ordering kiosks were available, but no person. I waited quietly for 10 min and the workers were diligently making orders like a well-oiled machine. Didn’t even have time to look up. The drive thru was moving well. After 10 min I started loudly asking for someone at the front counter multiple times. No one came or even looked up. The three employees I could see were moving their hands so fast making orders they couldn’t do anything else. After 5 more minutes, I went back through the drive thru and the employee gladly Re-made my order with no delay. I should not have to go back through the drive thru lane to fix an order. Staff SOMEONE to help people inside!

Update your Uber eats instructions! They say to go through the drive though after 10pm, which I did then was told after waiting in line for 15 minutes I actually had to go up to the walk up window. Huge waste of time for me and the customer who’s food had to sit for that long and get cold.

It’s Taco Bell do you really need to read reviews to decide if you’re gonna eat at this place? If you made it this far into my review you’re probably already at least halfway there. Lol just go inside or don’t even bother just roll up to the drive thru and talk way too loudly into the intercom like you like to do even though they can FOR SURE hear you talk normal lol
