VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Went in to the dining area order. It was 10:05pm. Door says hours are open after 7am and closes after 3am. I placed my order. Several saw me at the kiosk placing my order. I was told to leave and use the drive through. They said the dining room was closed. I told them the hours on the door do not say they close at 10pm and that the doors were open and unlocked. I was again told to leave. I will never eat here again!!! AVOID EATING HERE!

I give it a 4 even though we go there often. We’re mainly vegetarian and TB is always a good place for that! But the food has gotten higher priced. A salad that doesn’t have meat or even a tortilla is almost $9… and I marked lower on service because it’s almost nonexistent. We place our own order but pay more not less. We ring ourselves up. Then we ordered dine-in but it was packed to go. And never heard our name called so it sat on the counter for who knows how long. And the place was not crowded or noisy.

I just left Taco Bell after ordering a number eight which is three dorito loco tacos I also ordered a steak grilled taco and 12 cinnabon delights I get home my tacos are smashed and I only have 11 cinnabon delights. And I have 50 packets of hot sauce! The guy in the drive-thru almost interrupted me by saying what else, what else, what else, what else over and over what has happened to customer service?

I placed an online order this evening. My son and I arrived to pick up my order and he decided to order something as well, separately. He told the woman at the drive thru speaker that we are also picking up an online order. We pulled up to the drive thru window. My son paid for his order and reminded the woman that we also need to pick up the online order which the app had indicated was ready 5 minutes prior to our arrival. The woman handed my son a bag. He asked her about the other order and she stated that in order to obtain the order we had to drive back around and get back into the drive thru line. When we inquired why and that we are right there at the window, both orders paid for. She refused to answer and shut the window not passing us the other order. Not being able to communicate with her as she turned her back to us, we drove around and got back into the drive thru line. When we finally arrived at the window, the woman again turned her back to us without acknowledging our presence. After a few minutes, she quickly handed the other order to my son and shut the window again and walked away. This was tremendously ridiculous, a waste of our time, inefficient and completely disrespectful. We will not return. I cannot believe this behavior is accepted by the management at that store.

The quality of food was hot and delicious and we didn’t have to wait to long . Everyone had roam to be comfortable and you can hear your own voice not to crowded. The only problem is had was their were only two computers to order your meal and we had to wait in a line to order while people were doing their orders on the computer. There were no employees at the counter to order the line at the computers were long.

Ordered thru app, got inside and it got pretty busy in the lobby after me. Order was later than the time it said it would be ready. High school boy at the counter looked like a deer in headlights and just stood there, not sure if managers ever give him instructions or feedback. There were a lot of employees but not a lot of food coming out. When my order finally came out, checked it to make sure it was accurate; it was, but when I got out to the car, the nacho fries were pretty much cold. Not worth the $3.

How do they keep getting worse every year? Service ok, is what it is when you only hire teenagers and can’t keep a regular staff. The food though? Burritos shrunk ok. Tacos you don’t get as much meat n cheese, whatever. Prices went up. Everyone is price gouging what can you do. But why did they start serving soup wrapped in a tortilla??? The pic is the one I could eat the other fell apart after the first bite and I couldn’t eat it while driving. Which is a big part of why fast food exists!!!

Breakfast available when visited. Seats available. Restrooms are maintained neatly. Good ️ parking lots available. But one thing chips and salsa costs USD 3 ,seems a bit more. Otherwise good restaurant for tourists visiting Palouse falls and farmers having farming activities etc.

Disgusting! Everything I ordered was less than & all shell, tons of lettuce, hard chalupa shell, NO MEAT, hard beefy 5 layer/ might I add- 98% no beef! Regular soft tacos- no beef. This is the third time in a row that they did this to me. I ordered again because I thought maybe next time they would surely not skimp again…. They did. My daughter’s bean & rice burrito was so greasy on the outside she had to soak up the spicy sauce because it was grease/sauce overload. Nothing was good. Everything was nasty. Not sure if they have no access to beef or the employees don’t care & slap a thin line of meat then overload with lettuce & put everything together blindfolded. I’m never ordering from them again off of Doordash because they only offer to comp you $5 for something you can’t and don’t want to even eat! So money in the trash. I’d rather order from somewhere else that is consistent & makes what is on the menu. If I was in there I can almost guarantee this wouldn’t have happened & if it did I’d take it back. For nearly $40- I can prepare my own tacos & make them ten times better & have leftovers. The chalupa is nasty & hard as a rock. Reading these reviews- question? Are you planning on changing anything about this place & the food? Of lack there of?
