I always go to this location late in the night. The woman who works the drive through during that shift is wonderful and has the best customer service. For some reason the app allowed me to place an order after they closed and she still made me my order! When I go back I’ll ask for her name so I can add it to the review.

I have never had a fast food restaurant talk to me so rudely as this Taco Bell. They repeatedly are rude and tell you that your food is going to take a while and to sit in the parking lot. Or you have to loop around the drive-thru because your order is not ready and go get in line again. This restaurant is ridiculous and whoever is managing this place needs to be fired.

save your money and time and just go to the one on 119th. everyone working there is so miserable and your job shouldn’t be an outlet for those feelings. i understand it’s fast food but when you forget a simple modification or entire items of food almost every time i order, that’s either laziness or just none of you people can read. management sucks, the hispanic night shift manager refused to give us her name or remake or even refund our order, and idk if she is really a manager or just pretending, but whoever that middle aged lady with the bright red hair is, is extremely unprofessional and i’ve heard of her encounters with other customers too. none were positive. fire her, quit letting her interact with customers, or get her customer service training, she is seriously irritating. a few employees are cool but managers need to get it together, no one looks happy there.

I like taco bell and appreciate it for what it is. However, I continue to be disappointed by the lack of ability to make a basic crunchy taco. If you are a fan of the basic crunchy taco you are guaranteed to be disappointed at this location. The staff is super nice, other items are good, and the tacos are 1/3 full…mostly shell and lettuce.

I’ve eaten here a few times and gotten food poisoning twice. This last time was horrible. There is some huge food safety issues going on at this location. I’ve learned my lesson and decided to post this review. Seriously, avoid this place. They also consistently get orders wrong – of the 4 times I’ve gotten food here, 3 times they got my order wrong.

It appears the manager has this location working well with a team focused on good customer service, something that seems to be dying in the food service industry of late…Kudos to this Taco Bell location!
