Everything we got was burnt, yet we waited 25 minutes for a basic order. I worked at taco bell and I’ve never had such bad service, stood at their counter and not one person out of 5 employees came to talk to me. Mind you their floor in the kitchen was disgusting.

Horrible service in lobby! I waited5 minutes at the counter to give my order, and no one acknowledged I was even there. I finally used the self-serve order kiosk.
I had to wait 15 minutes for my order and drink. The first cup they gave me had a bug in it, and the drinks I wanted were out of order. The lobby was not clean. Half of the available seating was put up, and a majority of the remaining seats and tables had not been cleaned off.
I watched the team repeatedly ignore food delivery personnel. Two actually left without their orders. One had to be chased after because they were given a drive-thru order!

I have spend 100$ of dollars here…. They always screw up my orders!!! I never received what actually payed for. They are very unprofessional an purposely never give you your receipt so u can’t go back & call them out an get what you actually are paying for!! My food is always cold & disgusting. My son literally chipped a tooth on his chulupa. The shell was so hard an stale it’s beyond screwed up not worth your time or money they literally make any reason not to make it right. Not to mention. They ignore you an serve all the drive through people while you stand around for over an 1…. This location went to crap. Corporate needs to call them out.

Order was majorly messed up, new girl in the window. Had to come the next day and Ashley and her manager treated me fair and fully corrected the issues. I know how it could look so I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so kindly. Of course I had my receipt and proof with the food but still I wanted to give them kudos. Ashley did a great job and made this customer wanna come back again and so business.

Always really dirty & let homeless sleep in booth, & coughing on everything. I watched a worker walk past & just ignore them. Careful eating inside, you might catch something & get sick If it’s always dirty in the dining, the kitchen prob not much better.

I order the #8 DLT Supreme Combo (3 Doritos Locos tacos) for the outrageous price of $10.19 before tax, as shown on the receipt picture here, when the menu board listed $9.99; so I’m overcharged .20 cents without realizing right away becuz they can’t update their menu prices. Then I get home 2 miles away and find these sorry-looking garbage tacos, as shown by the picture here, that are not even halfway full of ingredients and DO NOT have any tomato or sour cream after I paid for the “Supreme” variety. So not only am I overcharged and the price is ridiculous anyway, but then I get a sloppy-looking garbage meal that isn’t even prepared correctly. So I will NEVER visit this location again…

I do NOT recommend the new wings. They’re small, powder throw on them that will make you cough, nasty flavor, creamy sauce doesn’t help and very Pricey.
Service was fast, but this restaurant is always dirty in the lobby and bathrooms. Just go by drive thru.
