Slowest Taco Bell order I’ve ever experienced. Normally when we order through the drive thru it isn’t terrible, but the dude making the order for the app tonight was taking his time and for some reason started making orders that came in after mine. It took him like 30 minutes to make two of the boxes that I normally get through the drive thru in like 2 minutes. He also wrapped my Crunchwrap incorrectly, came out of the box as pictured. Lastly, I saw him drop a pair of scissors on the ground and without washing them, he used them to open a bag of nacho cheese. Not the end of the world but still definitely unsanitary. This wasn’t the level of service I usually get at this location, but this left a sour taste in my mouth and I’m unsure if I’ll come back.

Frequent this Washougal Taco Bell via drive thru once a week. Alway get the same 5 regular beef tacos for me. Today went inside and found no one at the counter and a screen to order and pay on. So they eliminated a counter person, why dont I get a discount for having to take my time to order? Order came, regular beef tacos but also had beans which I DID NOT order and which they charged me for. Counter person was nice and made my tacos again. But I got 4 instead of 5. Okay. Then I tried to eat them. The shells were thinner and stale or something. They literally crumbled in my hands as I unwrapped the tacos and some wound up in my lap. Wife’s didn’t know what she was ordering for a drink. She didn’t know what Rock Star was and got charged $5 for a medium drink. Also can you turn down the loud pop music? Like I said, we usually drive through. It i am going to eat fast food I dont want it to be difficult. Threw away the 4 bean tacos and some of reg tacos and left. Like I said the counter person was nice.

The walk in experience has gotten so bad. It’s impossible to just walk in and order things the way you want because the kiosk never has full customization options and the front desk, by design, never has people there. Every person who helped was great, but taco bell corporate is making decisions that make the entire experience extremely painful. Another example from the same visit is that the don’t put paper towels in the bathrooms anymore. I’ve been noticing that becoming a popular trend at establishments and it’s so frustrating because the air dryers don’t actually work effectively, leaving me to dry my hands on my shirt. Don’t put the onus of saving the environment on the consumer because it’s not real meaningful change. Paper towels have been a standard for decades for a reason.

I placed an online order at 10:14 PM for pickup. My fiancé went to get it and waited in the drive-thru line for nearly 20 minutes. When she finally reached the window at 10:33 PM, the time the order was supposed to be ready, the employee said the order was for inside pickup only and refused to hand it through the window.

A friend who was with her went inside and then had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes with no one coming to the counter. Several employees were standing around and even laughing while ignoring our order. I called from home to let them know someone was waiting inside, and the person who answered hung up on me after realizing it was about that order.

When we finally got the food, they never gave us our drinks. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there were multiple managers on shift, but none of them would come to the window or give us their names. We were also told it was company policy not to share manager names. That’s fine, but the fact that the manager refused to come and speak with us about the experience was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.

Overall, this was the worst experience we have ever had at Taco Bell. The service was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer care. We wont be back to Camas Taco Bell.

Man, I think this is the last chance I give this Taco Bell. We don’t go often but whenever we do the food takes forever. They have lost our mobile order multiple times, I can never get someone to acknowledge me when I need help, and every single time without fail, something is wrong on the order. They will actively avoid eye contact with me when I go up to the counter.

I’m just done paying $10 for crappy, under-filled tacos that I have to wait 30 minutes for.

I have lived in the area for years and this location is repeatedly the worst I have seen in the Vancouver area. Our orders are wrong regularly, service if anything other than ordering directly from the drive through window is absolutely non existent. I have ordered online multiple times and had 30+ minute waits in the lobby for simple orders. When the order was placed and no one in the location states the order has been completed and I am sitting waiting an additional 20 minutes as my family’s food is sitting cold on the shelf while I have been waiting in front of the counter area with no interaction until I physically have to get the attention of an employee to questiony order and am responded with an “Oh I’m sorry.” What a contenual disappointment. I don’t expect excellence however the do expect people to do their dang jobs. The food is mediocre service is consistent at least; terrible on the regular, sadly. Would be nice to have the employees actually care about their jobs as any other employer would remove the problem employees and replace them with someone able to complete the basic minimum requirements of their given job. Just disappointed in the consistently bad service over multiple years of patronage hoping things would change. Diss

It’s a bad sign when multiple people told me when I was ordering at the kiosk that they had been waiting for over an hour for their food, then when they got it it was cold. I mentioned calling corporate and complaining.
When I got home with my food there was very little meat and almost no veggies, which has never been the case for taco bell and lettuce. I do believe a call to corporate is still in order and I shall be doing that tomorrow when they’re taking calls

Worst location in clark county by far. Ever since I got a job nearby ~1.5 years ago, I’ve been going for lunch every Tuesday for taco tuesday. Almost every single order, there is a mistake. They did good for a minute there, but got bad again. Is it so hard to read “NO” on a ticket? Or to put beef in a burrito that comes with it? I guess so for these guys. It was so bad today that I had to leave a review.

I have been a regular customer at this Taco Bell for a long time, but I will not be returning due to repeated negative experiences with the staff.

Two employees in particular have made me extremely uncomfortable. They have labeled me as “creepy,” and now other staff members treat me as if I am some kind of threat. On multiple occasions, I have overheard employees talking about me behind the counter while I was eating, which is both unprofessional and deeply unsettling.

The hostility is so strong that I feel paranoid when those individuals are working, because I can sense them watching me or commenting. On a recent visit, one of them even acted scared when handing me my food, as though I were a predator. That was the final straw.

I want to make it clear: I have never harassed anyone here. I have always kept to myself and simply come in for food. Despite that, I am being treated with suspicion, ignored, and made to feel unwelcome. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

For that reason, I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this behavior seriously.

Absolutely terrible experience. My entire order was half the size it normally is, large fry was more than half empty. almost no cheese aswell. Crunchwrap supreme was the thickness of of 2 tortillas. Asked to remake it and only then did they decide to make it properly which proves they lmk they’re skimping. Don’t come here if you’re trying to eat. I wouldn’t even call this a snack. TERRIBLE
