Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a WELL DONE quesadilla. Got it…..NOT toasted. Went in and still screwed it up…..
This is what it looked like inside! Disgusting eh? They just kicked the trash out of their way.

This location does not represent the nice ones. The store is dirty, the food is not checked for quality. My meal was carelessly put together and not cooked properly. Not only was I served raw chicken, the taco was almost as bad. I am very disappointed with this store.

Do not go here, I spent an hour and a half trying to get through the drive through to order food. When I got to the window they said sorry we have had so many door dash pickups …. So you decide if that makes any sense to you. To be clear the employees were fine, but where was management? This was the worst experience in a drive through in my 47 years of living. This made me so angry, never thought I could be so disappointed in Taco Bell. Don’t take any chances, go anywhere else…. Or don’t eat. This place will be closed in no time if this keeps up.

We stopped here because we wanted a quick meal before heading out of town. They prioritize drive thru and door dash. It took us 45 minutes to get 5 tacos. What a ridiculous waste of time. For that amount of time, we could have gone to a decent restaurant. When we got our order, we were missing an item. Yikes! Save yourself the trouble…it would have been faster, cheaper, and better to just make them at home.

Friday night meal. The drive thru was full. I took note of the vehicle I would’ve been behind, had I not gone inside for a take out order.
Only able to order from touch screen (3). As there were at least 5 orders in front of me, I had some time to observe operations.
First, if you are a high school freshman or softmore, your school crush is likely eating Taco Bell Friday night between 6:30 & 7:30 pm. The customers generally knew how to order food and put their name into the touch screen ordering machine.
The 9 person team working appeared to be split making inside or drive thru orders. I then noticed, out of the 30 people in the dining area, 2 had their food. As the 4 person inside food team completed the orders they would confidently walk to the counter and place the bag of food on the counter and nearly whisper the name on the order. Seeing noone respond to their quiet call out, they would leave the bag on the counter and head back to make more food. 5-6 customers would cycle through along the counter checking for their orders and were not able to locate their food. I noticed that the customers generally knew who had ordered before them and would walk up to preppes food and look into the 3-6 bags on the counter. When they couldn’t find their order, but expected it to be ready, they would flag down a worker (slowing them from making orders) to find that particular customer’s order. This process repeated continuously for 30 minutes, until I noticed a bag on the counter that had sat there for 5 minutes, but was recently turned around with my name on it. I had been inside 35 minutes.
I quickly left and noticed the vehicle again in the drive thru had advanced 4 vehicle lengths forward, but was still 5 behind the window, and I doubt they had ordered yet.
All-in-all, my son ate the food at home and didn’t complain about quality, just be ready during peak hours for inefficient operations and if inside listen carefully for your name, because as of today their not really announcing it.

Do not go here. Quality of service depends on your background, social class, etc.. I’ve ordered food alongside friends, adding tons of customizations to our meal and their orders come out flawless every time at this particular location. I, on the other hand, ask for one or two customizations when I’m by myself and the cooks can’t seem to make heads or tails of ingredients. Mind you, I’ve also created a separate Taco Bell mobile account with a different name and had someone else pick up my order, and lo behold the restaurant can get the food correct without issue. Item size is distinctly different too. I’ve received burritos the size of tacos before, and having worked at a Taco Bell before, I know that’s a choice to prepare the food that way. You don’t make a burrito half the size it’s supposed to be by mistake, especially when you’re making the food day in and day out the same way. Managers don’t let that slide either because customers with time to spare will sit up there and complain all day if they can. My advice, save your money and make the drive up the 503 to Vancouver if you’re craving Taco Bell. The location off of 119th has impeccable service.

Dont come here in the morning! 10 minutes after 7am no kiosks are on, employees will not help by taking your order, but rather tell you to wait for the kiosk to boot up. Then after waiting for minutes for the kiosks to boot up they cannot connect. Its only at this point 1 of the 3+ employees asks to take our order. Ok, there are no menus up on the big board behind them only large screen holder images and when we ask about that the reply was ” its all pretty much the same… bacon, sausage and steak in wraps etc” WHAT??? I don’t work here and I have not memorized the menu! Should I have to? Should the employes have menus ready? Should employees have the kiosks on and ready when the store opens? Should I feel like Im tbe problem? All great questions that Taco Bell and management should ask the employees working here. Is some form of service too much to ask? By the way… The employees could have cared less about us leaving and not ordering, no apologies for the lack of everything 10-15 minutes after opening. Sad but there are way too many other options for breakfast going forward to ever come back to this crap show!

Remember when Bean Burritos were $0.29 each. Remember when Taco bell was always the cheaper alternative? $31.05 for 4 items is a joke. You can keep your dehydrated beef cause we wont be returning after seeing these prices.. corporations are so out if touch with reality it is unreal..

Every time I go here you guys give me the wrong order. It seems like the staff is more focused on talking with each other and horsing around than they are getting the correct orders out. I’m seriously tired of the staff messing up my orders every time I come here. Now I have to eat soft tacos which I didn’t order and you guys charged me $8 for a burrito you never put in the bag.

I ordered on Uber eats to get it delivered. I got four items. I don’t understand how anyone can mess up and order this bad. They put my order receipt on the bag but gave me the wrong items I ordered.flaming hot grilled cheese, burrito, bean burrito, cheesy, fiesta potatoes, and a spicy potato soft Taco and I was given a crunchwrap and a Doritos lacos Taco. And when I try calling them it says line is busy. I’m sorry but who is on the phone for this long at 2:40 in the morning? That’s the question I want to know like what are they doing? How do you mess up and order this bad? Like I wish I could go there and complain but I can’t because it’s too late. Would not recommend Uber eating Taco Bell.
