We go here once to twice a month. They constantly get the order wrong. The straw that broke the camel’s back causing me to write this review is that they put a taco in our bag upside down. When we opened the bag, the taco contents were everywhere. We have also had stale tacos here before.

Service is sub-par. I don’t expect it to be top tier at Taco Bell, but this is pretty bad. Also, almost every time I go I’m given 1 or more food items that are wrong or I’m missing 1 or 2 items I paid for. It’s worth going anywhere else in Yelm if you are grabbing food.

So today around lunchtime, I ordered food for myself, my kid and my lady. We had a small wait at the window so we were eager to get home to eat. I say this because we didn’t check the bag. I was missing 2 of the chicken little sandwiches! Heartbreak. I then grabbed the stk, extra stk burrito I ordered. No extra stk! Again, Heartbreak. My wife went back and they sent me this beaut. It’s not about messing up, we all make mistakes. It’s about how you make it right. Go team Yelm!
