First of i don’t know who the general manager is or the area coach but they should be embarrassed. Your crew at this store single handed made it very easy to never want to return again as when I asked to customize my beefy five layer I was told no my fries were half filled and tasted horrible they tell me no to editing my own food that I’m paying for they refuse to make me fresh fries when being informed how old the other ones were. Your fries are a 30 minute hold time not 4 hours do better napivine and do better Danielle your customer services as a manager is horrible

The drive thru time isn’t bad if you like giving Taco Bell free money. The last month and a half ish they constantly short items. Just today I drove an exit down from my work for my 30min lunch and forgot to check they didn’t short my nacho fries. Get back and they got a free $4 I guess because I don’t have the time to run back, go elsewhere

I placed an order in the app as I was passing through. I love to make customizations to my orders because I have 3 boys who all like different things then myself as well. For the first time in a long time everything was spot on! Just wanted to shout out good credit where credit is due! The food was still hot,fresh,ready when we pulled up,every items was not only there but it was labeled, AND EVERY taco/burrito edit was correct. Thank you for a easy and great fast food experience on our trip through. Keep up the good work little efforts like this make a big difference to customers like myself.

My husband came in around 11 o clock in the drive thru. Service was extremely rude. We made a total of 5 nacho fries in a container. We were missing items out of a $60 order. We hade a taco that wasn’t wrapped, was just broken in half, and just thrown in the bag. Which is really sad because this used to be the best taco bell location around and now it’s mediocre at best. Needless to say will be traveling a bit farther for better taco bell.

Food is average but consistent. Floor is dirty. This is now order by kiosk which takes three times longer. An employee is there to watch your frustration. Menu board is now harder to read. Fewer employees, longer wait time.

Everything was great. Ordered to go/inside. Building was clean,and staff was helpful. Ordered several different items including chalupas, nacho fries and some tacos. All was good. They were out of mild sauce which I did find inconvenient.

This staff is amazing there. I ordered food for a whole clan and they boxed it up for me put it in a to go extra large bag and they gave me a drink carrier that fits inside of the bag. Definitely go there if you’re trying to feed a family on a budget and definitely Appreciate the great atmosphere they carry

As someone who goes to a drive-thru to pick up food after a long day’s work, checking if my orders were correctly handed to me would be the last thing on my mind. Out of the many times I pick up food here, there’s always something wrong. It’s baffling how they would review your order and then give you the wrong one. Or, your order is missing MEAT. I am not sure if this is being done on purpose but cheating customers like this really makes me not want to go here at all anymore. The boys are mostly the problem because every single time my orders get messed up, it’s them manning the store at night. smh

Like to start off by saying first employees are completely non-customer service oriented children who could care less about their job jobs on top of that the food here is disgusting came to get two Chalupa‘s number six the Chalupa‘s clearly were from an order previous to mine as they were not even made fresh They were put into a bag. Cold old Stale and then had the nerve to roll his eyes at me at the drive-through window so then get two different Chalupa’s with overcooked hard meat on a fresh shell would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone also recommend you probably getting a new staff Just to let you know the staffing question today’s date is October 19 at 10:54 PM so that you know who you’re disrespectful staff is the Two kids running the window
