Bought some food for my mother who is allergic to cheese, she ordered a 12 pack and “lunch box” with NO sour cream. I made it extremely clear that she had an allergy, service was extremely rude and made fun of my weight problem. I have had a history of depression and binge eating, Taco Bell is the only highlight of my day. I don’t want to be harassed for just ordering food which I NEED. Anyway I found some sour scream in my mom’s burrito. Very mad, she almost got sick. Not enough cheese on my tacos and they forgot the double beef on them. It is not a fat positive store and does not welcome people of the body positive community. Anyway I would recommend any bigger bodied individuals to not eat here. You will spend $50+ and still not feel full.

Stayed here for lunch on our way to the south with my family. We ordered Burrito and wraps. Foods were delicious and served hot enough. The Nachos fries were not as crispy as should be but we’ll seasoned. While the waiting time was a few minutes longer, the offered my son an XL free drink that show they are thoughtful about their business and their customers. Parking g lot was free.

This is my favorite taco bell in the area. They are always pretty prompt on the food and when they’re not fast they give me a coupon for next time. I often make customizations on my food and it is almost always correct.

I don’t know the guy’s name who was doing the orders around 11:30 p.m. last night – I was going to ask his name but he was taking someone else’s order when I got to the window, but he had me laughing so hard while taking our order I started crying That’s the kind of energy that I really love to see when I go in to a restaurant, or for fast food. The whole experience with him was fantastic and I really hope to see him at night more often. I don’t know what that guy is being paid to work there, but he definitely deserves more ❤️

I would give no stars but unfortunately that’s no an option. This Taco Bell NEVER gets my order right. This is the worst Taco Bell unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house but I now drive the extra mile for the Taco Bell over by Burlington coat factory they never get my order wrong. I have retried this Taco Bell a few times seeing as it’s close. They can’t follow directions to save their lives. I ask for no beans and get beans every single time. I ask for no lettuce. I get lettuce EVRY SINGLE TIME. Your job is not that hard and my request are simple. IM paying so my meal should come as I ordered it yet time and time again you fail to follow simple instructions. How?!? I can’t comprehend. Every time. Taco Bell really needs to fix this problem with the employees.

No sauce was applied to burritos even after having paid extra for extra sauces. One wasn’t even filled half way & was a hallow wrap.

they ignored me in front while i was waiting for minutes with no one else in line with my order right there, no one helping me.
I was confused by this like was I supposed to get it or what, so I peek around to signal someone to help, and cough to get their attention but no one comes still.
when I try to grab my food then is when they come to help, they give me my food and someone tells me to never do that again and as I was about to explain why I did what I did they just left.

There was a mixup in my order. I didn’t know until I got home (my bad!). I went back (because it was a big order) and asked for the missing. They replaced the entire order without question. Check your orders, but the way they dealt with this mistake was admirable!!

Didn’t get anything I ordered correct. Ordered 2 crispy chicken deluxe boxes, the guy put it in as the gordita box. Didn’t even get the right food for that box. Nothing other than the sodas was right. The nacho cheese for the chip wasn’t there. The guy taking the order was either high or doesn’t speak English well to the point he seems high. The front has a sign that says if the lobby or drive thru are open. The lobby was lit and it was closed. I tried the door amd the three employees smokingbon the curb in front like it was some sort of high school or convince store didn’t bother to say anything or turn it off when they went inside even after another person walked up to try the door. The guy who handed me my foor was nice, but everyone else seemed useless. Very disappointing.
