I ordered a pizza combo and apparently I hit the wrong button on the kiosk so my mistake and I apologizeed but the manager was incredibly rude about it despite my apology. I also ordered a bean and cheese burrito super simple, when I got it, it was about/2 the size with mostly tortilla (1/4 on top and 1/4 on the bottom) even though the cost was the same (almost $3!!!). Check your bag AND get a receipt!!

they are not training new hires properly and it’s ruining it for customers. twice in a row now i have not got one of my three drinks. also they ask “is this okay” instead of “would you like to add this for a little extra” and i think thats very sleazy and sneaky.

This specific Taco Bell is kind of a hit or miss. I’m super allergic to sour cream, and I tell them that all the time and ask them to please make sure it’s taken off but nine times out of 10 it’s still on there and I can’t eat my food. Forget asking them to remake it because they usually have an attitude about it. They tend to miss a lot of the add-ons, or just miss stuff from your order in general.
If you go during the day when their GM is on shift you will have better luck. Night shift. Seems like they just don’t care, and are always high.

I got food poisoning from here last night. My partner picked up 2 Mexican pizzas for me and they smelled/tasted like wood chips. I looked it up and it’s because their fryer had not been cleaned. I woke up in the middle of the night throwing up with extreme diarrhea and stomach cramps.

This Taco Bell has SERIOUSLY gone done hill since the new management took place. The service has gotten worse and they’re more worried about their window times than the customer experience. They make it harder for you to get your food so that they can keep drive-thru times down. That’s on them to keep down? Not us. You shouldn’t be Having to go into the drive thru twice for your food or even having you go inside. It’s the businesses job to speed up not our job to slow down. If I have to come inside then what’s the point of a drive thru. Save yourself the trouble if you can and go 2 miles to the Taco Bell in Tumwater or the ones in Lacey on Martin Way or Pacific Ave. This is definitely the worst Taco Bell out of the 5 in our area. They also don’t even have the same items as other Taco Bell’s around us.

The worst Taco Bell staff I’ve ever encountered. Hostile male worker and female worker both threatened me because of a problem with my 2 orders. Very unprofessional with the way they handled the entire interaction and when I asked for the ‘managers’ name, a younger lady told me it was ‘Amy Grace’. I’m not sure if this is an everyday occurrence for others but whoever runs this location really needs to rethink who they are employing. I paid for an order, showed my confirmation receipt and still was not given my order. I also had a separate order and it was completely wrong and every item was not ones that I selected. Unacceptable. The worst Taco Bell in Washington.

I never usually have a problem here. But tonight I asked for a #6 (two chicken chalupa meal with a taco) and I specifically asked for it to be beef instead of chicken, he heard me because he asked if I wanted extra beef, I said no. He also asked if I wanted sour cream, I said no again- then I asked for them to add chipotle sauce and he said not a problem. Then I got home started to eat my food and seen I got two chicken chalupas with sour cream and the chipotle sauce.. Kind of annoyed about this lol I paid $16+ for the wrong order. I’m going to eat it buy some nights you just want a beef chalupa not a chicken chalupa lol
