I’m very disappointed. The staff forgot an item off my order and then decided to drown my order in taco sauce, and wrap it so poorly that I couldn’t properly open my food. This is sad. We patiently waited for our order to be complete and even mentioned for the staff to take their time. I am disgusted at the audacity!

We pulled into the Drive Thru just after 11AM today, hoping for breakfast. Initially told we were too late for breakfast, we intended to leave without ordering food. As we were pulling through, though, the drive-thru agent stopped us and said they could still hook us up with breakfast! We ordered 4 breakfast items, and all came quickly, fresh and delicious. Staff was awesome, and we were super appreciative! Thank you!!

I just tried to get their $2 Agua Fresca promotion which is clearly spelled out on the sign 20 feet away from the drive thru, and they will not honor it! It was 2:05 PM, and they said they couldn’t change the price in the computer and there was nothing they could do about it, and if I didn’t like it I could DRIVE AROUND TO OTHER TACO BELLS and see if they are honoring it. So weird.

After multiple delivery people prior to me for over an hour didn’t pick up an order I got it. They were amazing and remade the food so my customer had fresh food. They were amazing and very personable. Don’t get a lot of that anymore. This was also about 3:30 am. I’d give them 10 stars just for this single interaction alone
