The food don’t taste good , no seasoning, smells funny , they gave me nacho fries with no seasoning so overall this Taco Bell gets a zero. We went to Taco Bell today and we were ordering food. The guy that was taking your order through the drive-through was very rushy kept saying anything else every two seconds he messed up our order and when he did mess up, he didn’t own up to messing up our order, we went in to get a refund or our actual food. They did remake our food, but the guy that took our order kept saying I didn’t mess up their order I didn’t mess up their order. Some of the people in there are pretty nice. The guy in the window not so nice and to be honest not that smart. I don’t like being disrespected. I show respect but when I get Disrespected, it’s not OK.

Great store. Almost always have everything I’m craving. Staff is super friendly, I usually order on the app and pick up in the drive thru. The ONLY thing I will say is when I order on the app then pick up in the drive thru, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait at the drive thru, BUT that’s because everything is being made fresh. There other places where I order online and by the time I pick it up my food is soggy or cold….but that’s never happens here, so I don’t mind waiting a few minutes. Yall are doing amazing!! Thank you!

Something has gone badly wrong with their food quality. The mixed shredded salad was off and the flour tacos were pasty and wet. They should not stick to the paper wrapping like wet flour. Management need to step in to review quality and training asap. Very pleasant customer service though…

More interested in getting us through the drive thru than listening to what we had to say. Out of soft tortillas so no soft tacos which is what I went for. Should have offered a burrito shell but tried to up sell to a burrito instead. Food we paid for was left out of the bag. At least they got our order wrong with speed. Used to have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to get our order wrong. Of course we’ll be back cause we love Taco Bell and they’re the only one in town. Still dissatisfied.

Offers a large size drink for the fresco then gives us a medium and proceeds to tell us they dont offer any other side. Food was cold. Asked for dine in; they made it to go, crew was hostile. Asked for sauce none was given. The couple that walked in and ordered ahead of us got their food first. Some of the worst service and food I’ve ever experienced and definitely not worth the 20$

I normally have a good experience with the drive thru except for today. I ordered a discovery Luxe box and the crunch wrap included wasn’t completely wrapped and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The tacos had so much salt on them that they were inedible. It seemed that somebody spilled salt all over them. Maybe somebody was just having a bad day, I’m not sure. I’m hoping the service will improve soon.

I got a chicken quesadilla and it was gross. Mainly sauce, no cheese, sloppy and the tortilla was mushy and stuck to the wrapper. The Diet Pepsi was really good though.
