Ordered the new deluxe box. Ordered steak chalupas they are so small. Nowhere on the menu does it say that they are mini. Came in the same package. I initally thought yhey forgot one. This location requires you to have to drive down the road and make up turns in order to go back to the resturaunt. I did that. The employee was extremely rude when I told her I only got one. I told her that they should tell their clients that its packaged that way so not to waste people’s time. I pull out just to then discover that they gave me the wrong protein. It was not worth me doing the u turns again to talk to the same rude employee.
These are tiny ! And barely any filling or cheese in it. NOT worth the money at all
This location usually is fine but the main issue is had was the attitude of the employee. A simple explanation of how they are packaged would of been enough. No need for the nasty attitude its not my fault the advertisement is not clear. And not my fault you packaged it the way you did.
Just icing on the cake that my order was wrong as well

Got an order for me a Mountain Dew Baja Midnight Freeze, tasted good. Got a free Beefy 5-layer burrito with the app that I was using to earn points, very good and tasty, meaty, cheesy too. And a Cantina Chicken Taco, very good. The workers did a great job working on the food, service, and they were asking of using the app that I was doing asking for the code, they listened good and carefully and I earned points after we ordered food. Way to go you all. Love Taco Bell a lot.

This Taco Bell has the best Nacho Fries! I order through the app so it’s 8.49 before tax per person for a lux box with a drink. App is the best way to do it. Taco Bell never gets old, but this location is the best I’ve been to in Pierce County!

The worst tasting soggy experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. $60 worth of tacos, Mexican pizzas and it’s like they were sitting on the counter for a while. I called to complain and to give them credit, they offered to replace it but who would want to relive it? I tried to stomach it but I just had to stop and throw it away. So very disappointed. It will be awhile before I come back to this location.

Went through the drive through and ordered. Paid for the food and went home. Get home and find out that the order I got doesn’t even resemble what was ordered. ( How do you confuse Nacho Bellgrande and a Mexican pizza?). By the time I have driven back, Taco Bell is no longer desirable for the night. Ask for a refund – all food now cold still in the bag. They won’t refund their mistake. You can go in the morning to talk to their GM. Not excited but they obviously don’t trust their employees to make it right so….. back in the morning. Guess what. No GM. THEY will be in the next day. I don’t have time to play their games. It’s essentially theft of $40 that they won’t return or put on a gift card. YMMV but if they make a mistake they already have your cash. I won’t be back to any location in this franchise – it stretches from DuPont to all the Puyallup stores.

Messed up my order and charged me for stuff I didn’t order. They need to verify the order to the customer or have a screen with the order. My fault for just paying and taking it with trust.
They said they have no beef…so I said to take off the Crunchwrap. What do they do…charge me for a Crunchwrap with nothing in it.

Drive thru order. I didn’t want extra meat or sour cream (I knew I’d have to pay for them) but they said, “is spicy ok?” I said yes, not knowing they meant “do you want jalapeños for 60 cents more?”. I ended up with a $2.40 up charge and jalapeños on everything, and I didn’t want either! Also, the Crunch Wrap Supreme only had meat in one little section, not throughout. Sloppy assembly. Service was fast.

Went through the Drive-Thru. Ordered a couple breakfast burritos and the employee asked if wanted the sour cream in it. Not knowing it wasn’t included, I said “sure!” then saw the upcharge added on the screen. I said, “sorry, nevermind on the sour cream.” Then I order a burrito and she asked if I liked it regular or spicy. I said I’d try spicy, but then an extra charge for jalapenos popped up on the screen. Apparently, Taco Bell is trying to upcharge without being clear about the upcharges. Sad and unfortunate. Also, the portion size was on the small side compared to other Taco Bells, and taste wasn’t anything to write home about either.

Taco bell is surprisingly one of the only fast food options that has gluten free options. Shout-out to corn. I have Celiac’s Disease so I can’t have any gluten without a reaction. Of course for fast food there is always the possibility of cross contamination from shared counters, but I have never had a negative reaction with the Doritos Locos tacos or plain crunchy tacos. That might just be luck but almost every other fast food restaurant has done me dirty when asking for GF options.

Receipt says cashier was Lohany, not sure if that was the gentleman that was in the drive thru but he did great. I used to work for NW restaurants and he did all the upsells correctly. He asked for every item! If I was CORE he would have got 100%. Well done.
