I have been to this location on and off through the years since they opened in July 2020. I recently paid a visit on 1/16/26. I placed 2 mobile orders separately. The first order was for me to dine in and eat. No one announced my name. The app noted my order was ready. I stood waiting by the mobile order pickup section at the plexiglass, people were not looking over at me. I decided to take a peak and noticed my order was there. so I yelled “I’m grabbing my order”. One of the workers just looked at me and nodded “ok”.
I ordered the Cantina Chicken crispy taco. it was ok
I placed a second mobile order to go for my husband. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and came back and waited again. No one called my name so I went again to the pickup section and noticed my order was there. I stood there and no one looked over so attempted to grab order and I yelled again “I got my order “. A male worker with glasses said “You need to call me to give it to you, you’re not allowed back here it’s considered trespassing “. I replied with sorry but no one is acknowledging I’m here that’s why I am grabbing my order.
As I read through several of the reviews here. It appears that this is a common issue with this location. I don’t want to experience this again. I’ll go to two other locations that have been good with their mobile pickup orders.

Probroly one of the worst taco bells ive ever been to and that says a lot. They have automatic ordering and if you try to pay for cash you will not be helped. This has happened more than once clearly they dont care about their walk in customers. My employees will no longer go to this taco bell and if you dont want your time wasted just order your food online and eat it cold when it gets home like apparently everyone else is doing these days. Multiple employees looked at us and didnt even attempt to ask us if we wanted to pay for our order.

I ordered and paid through the app. The store apparently did not get my order. I showed the manager my bank account to prove I paid and the app to prove my order. He said there was nothing he could do. After a heavy discussion, I agreed to pay for the order and reach out through the app for a refund. He gave me my food, refused my payment and said he would never serve me again.i have been going to this Taco Bell for years, since they opened. I hope upper management sees this and reaches out for details. I kept the receipt for information purposes.

The food reminds me of being a teenager, except for way more expensive. The staff is friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy working there. They are good at keeping orders accurate too.

This is my usual taco bell i stop at and never have had an issue. The women working drivethru (tuesday the 24th) took at least 5 minutes to begin to take my order. She started off rude as I gave her my order she started to try rushing me and not listening to what I was ordering. She kept asking to repeat my order while still missing items. Than when I reviewed the board and says that she missed an item she completed the order and told me to come to the window. I told her again she missing an item but refused to talk to me through the mic while I sat at the order board I pulled up to the window . I again told the gentlemen she missed an item on my order he went and talked to her and she came to the window and told me you are NOT allowed to add items at the window. That it is part of their policy. When I told her again multiple times before I even moved up to the window that she missed my item she became even more irritated and annoyed. I told her that she missed the order from the start and that this is extremely unprofessional to act like this. She shut the window on me and had other gentlemen finish my order. I told him i understand but if she orignally missed the item why is such a big deal he didnt have a response to my question. After all that when I finally got my food they added the missing item and charged me for it but I will not be returning to this facility again.

An order shouldn’t take 40minutes . Doesn’t matter if you are understaffed or not. A good manager should always help pick the slack instead of telling an overworked staff what to do.

3 self ordering kiosk. Lots of parking
drive-thru available. Modern, small and open dining area. Max group count is 10, table in the middle have 6 bar seating and 4 low seat but the table is connected to each other. Other tables are 4 seating max. Staff smiled at me when I was dining on a very slow day. Restaurant is clean.

This location is always kept clean, the managers are super sweet and do their job well. Also asia an employee here gave me amazing service! They all deserve raises if I could give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I would !. Keep up the awesome work guys

I came here to say on Friday the 12th of December I got a chicken quesadilla and a Mexican pizza for starters the Mexican pizza had no meat at all just bean and then the chicken quesadilla…. Why was everything that’s supposed to be in the quesadilla on the outside .

Taco Bell it’s Taco Bell and it’s a good Taco Bell. They have a clean menu of reliably iuummy sndvfsttyt theTaco Bell to stop at Taco Bell route mazing fast security is but it always tastes consistently like Taco Bell if you like it you’re going to love this if you don’t… well then go somewhere else. Whether it’s way late or early s.m. they give the same good service and yummy food.
