My food wasn’t the best but the customer service was good and it was pretty quick. They got my order right and overall it was a pretty average fast food experience. I wish they would bring back those 1 dollar chicken quesadillas the mini ones that came in the foil bag wrapper type thingy. They were my favorite and I miss them every time I think about Taco Bell. The nacho fries are also on point.

The young man who took my order was very nice and that’s about where my good experience stopped. I’m really surprised at a place that sells burritos all day long that I would have to suffer through a burrito that was half stale. All I ordered was a bean burrito and it literally had the smallest amount of ingredients in it that could ever be used. Also I asked for a side of sour cream on the burrito and there was one little dollop on it and it was all the way down at the bottom of the burrito. I know you can make a burrito that has sour cream throughout the burrito if you paid extra for it. Also I ordered these new chicken strips I have never seen anything to so disgusting in my life they had brown spots on them they looked a literally like somebody dug them up and pop them in the microwave… I will be replacing a picture to show them. Just really sad about this when I first moved to Puyallup this was a good Taco Bell to go to as well as it being open late. It really is gone downhill I’m hoping the owner can really shake things up and change things around and get it to be more customer friendly as far as food goes food is expensive these days and where a bean burrito used to be a $1.99 now it is much more than that but yet I got something that was worth less than that. Hoping this review reaches the owner.

Tacos didn’t have really any meat and the shells fall apart. It isn’t worth the money or reward points to get at taco bell. The whole place and company went down hill.

Quick trip through the Taco Bell drive-thru today. Wanted to try a few items to see what we liked. The crunchwrap was a hit, followed by the spicy potato soft taco, and lastly, the bean burrito. The crunchwrap was ordered without meat being as meatless options for fast food is a little tricky. All and all, it was a great luch!

I have been going here for years! I went today and it was the worst I ever had. The burrito was twice as small as ever, no meat in the tacos. I feel there’s new owners because I have never seen this before. It’s terrible. Get rid of these people and go back to where you used to do! Otherwise I’m out

Went through the drive through, lady put nothing on the order except for a burrito and a drink. She repeated everything afterward we said it but failed to do anything else with the information. She was 100% under influence, disappointing.
