These people just completely ripped me off, they charged me extra for everything that should already come inside of what I ordered. I ordered three things off the menu and it was $30. They charged me extra for seasoned beef, which comes inside of the items that ordered, she didn’t ask me if I wanted to add anything and only said “would you like that spicy?” Like what the hell is wrong with you people?! I’ll never come back here again. I’ve never felt so scammed in my life. Screw this place.

I would like an email back from corporate please. We came here on thursday 3/5/26 at 6:20 PM. We ordered a veggie bowl, bean burrito, quesadilla meal and maybe something else (I’m sure you can check cameras). The woman that was working the drive through specifically taking orders upcharged us without our knowledge. She added double meat to every single item and it cost us $40. I told my husband to go back in and ask for a refund and give the food back, but my three year old was crying a lot so I just decided to leave a review hoping someone will get back to me. I understand wanting a business to do well but up charging customers and adding extra meat or whatever else to their order that they didn’t specifically ask for is wrong. We are a military family already barely getting by in this economy. I just don’t understand if a manager is pushing upselling, or what but there’s a different way to go about it like maybe saying, “Hey! I’m going to add extra stuff to your food and charge you more for it”. I really enjoy this location so this was a little upsetting. I hate leaving bad reviews.

Was in today doordashing and one employee stands out don’t know her name but she is the one with amazing tattoos and glasses. She had a very bubbly personality and always had a smile her face and went out of her way to make sure customers were happy and taken care of. I came back on my own time and was the same welcoming person. She definitely deserves a raise!! Will definitely be coming back in the future just because of her a smile goes a long way.

i really love the work and people who work at this establishment, it’s honestly fed me so often so it’s really not like a review i’d love to leave but idk it’s just been iffy lately in terms of order accuracy here and there. that’s been a little disappointing, i would feel differently i suppose as well if it was mobile orders or delivery but i went through the drive thru tn and was missing an item. i realize this may sound silly but its just slightly annoying. i really do highly appreciate this store and staff however and will continue to be a frequent patron, thank you in advance

I put in an online order at 12:05 PM. I order was not ready until 12:22 PM when I got to the Port Orchard location there was nobody making tacos just a guy in the drive-through and a guy at the front cash register wondering why no food is being made while I’m sitting there with two other customers turns out as we’re discussing that no one is making food. They were all in the office in the back talking, not sure what they were Doing but they weren’t making food. I put in an online order because I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Timing is everything. This was terrible service and I didn’t get to eat my lunch. I had to throw it out Because I didn’t get to eat them on my lunch break so by the time I ate my tacos, they were soggy and I just threw them away. This is terrible terrible service. I don’t know what they were all doing in the office. I did see two people wearing gloves in the office and they came out to make tacos and didn’t change their gloves.

What a down turn in quality and speed. It is disappointing that we were waiting for over 30 minutes. They are serving nasty stale food and cheesey gordita crunches with NO cheese between the two shells. Tacos are filled with lettuce cheese and 3 pieces of chicken for that “Premium” price. Sour cream is always excessive, and it overtakes all other ingredients.
Unfortunately, this is the 4th time I have had issues with this location. Unless I am contacted for a refund on my purchase as there was NO MANAGER ON SITE, I will not be returning nor recommending this location.

People will not take your order, you must use the kiosk. It makes you select a flavor of drink only to be handed an empty cup. They used to be so much better.

They randomly added sour cream to like, 3 of my items, forgot several items, and the food was stark cold. Coffee is also horrible genuinely horrific tasting. Thats kinda a taco bell thing tho. I wouldnt even be so annoyed if it wasnt THIRTY-THREE DOLLARS.

This is by far the bast taco bell I’ve been to! My food came really fast and was delicious. They greeted customers as they came in. (They also speak english).
