We are sick of paying 35 dollars for tacos and a couple burritos and getting every item with half the meat, 5 pieces of cheese and a butt ton of lettuce. How is it hard to make 4 ingredient tacos? Do better! We will drive to silverdale from now on. That’s how trash this location is.

East Bremerton Taco Bell is a joke. My food was literally sitting there ready for 15 minutes and no one thought to hand it to me. Not busy. Not slammed. Just standing around acting like customers are invisible.
Every single worker I dealt with was rude and annoyed like I was inconveniencing them by existing. Zero customer service. Zero accountability. Just attitude.
The bathroom? Absolutely disgusting. Straight up filthy. If that’s what the bathroom looks like, I don’t even want to imagine the kitchen.
And let’s talk about the dude behind the counter with long hair and dirty fingernails. That alone should be enough to shut the place down. It was nasty, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable for anyone handling food.
I will never go back and I’ll never give this location my business again. Do yourself a favor and drive literally anywhere else. This Taco Bell deserves to be avoided at all costs.

I just had to cancel a Door Dash order from this location for the second time. Their food is excellent when they decide that they actually want to prepare it. I understand that this is a popular location and I dislike leaving reviews like this because the fast food grind is difficult for those who work in the industry. I can understand the harassment that they may face from irate customers or their possible maltreatment of certain bosses. If you are going to enjoy a meal at this location, do so as a fast dinner. Their lunch time accuracy is at best mediocre.

The get orders wrong and skimp on the toppings. As well as when I asked to my pin for my birthday the said they ran out that was in August and everytime I go back and ask they say we just had a bag of them but can seem to find them. I believe they are never giving them out most likely reselling them online. Very disappointing and I dont like that they push for extra meat and sour cream at the drive thru if we wanted it we would ask stop upselling not professional. Please do better bremerton 303 tacobell

I eat at this Taco Bell at least once a week and I have to give the kudos they deserve- it’s always clean, quick personable service and a clean bathroom. Keep it up please, in today’s world I can’t help but notice customer service is going the way of the dinosaur. Not here though thankfully

Honestly, I probably didn’t need to leave another update this soon, but I wanted to.
On Wednesday, May 12th, 2021, I had that Taco bell urge; I heard a bean burrito calling my name. I decided to stop at the Taco Bell off the 303 in East Bremerton; it was on my way home, and for once, the line wasn’t incredibly long!
Yes, of course, I ordered my bean burrito with extra onion (judge me later), and I asked for ice water to drink.
I paid the friendly worker, and I was on my way to Walmart; I planned on eating my burrito in the car.
Bad me for not taking a picture of this humongous bean burrito; I thought the bag felt a lot heavier, but only a burrito laid on the bottom!
I have never (probably never will again) had a bean burrito that resembled three bean burritos put together from Taco Bell; honestly, I figured they messed up my order, but that wasn’t the case!
Whoever made me this burrito at 11:30ish on May 12th, 2021, with all of those onions, Thank you and please keep doing it =D

Sometimes I like to go back and give a new or update a previous review.
Since Covid started, Taco Bell has remained open, drive-thru only, which is good, and for a fast-food restaurant, it’s fairly inexpensive, although like any place, the more you buy, the more you pay.
I would like to say Taco Bell was consistent with their food unfortunately, that isn’t always the case. One of my staples is their bean burrito, ok, I know, it’s repetitive and boring, although, I always request a lot of extra onions and I have tried a few other menu items in past years, I tend to gravitate back to one or two of their items, with the bean burrito, with a lot of extra onions, being one of them, and there have been equal amounts of times when I haven’t receive any onions, let alone extra onions.
Today I had my usual, bean burrito, yes with the extra onion, and my husband had a black bean crunch wrap (new to him) and nacho fries. I was shockingly surprised that my bean burrito had onions, a large amount of onions throughout the burrito and not just at one end!
Happy days for me, it is the little things in life =)
My husband’s black bean crunch wrap had black beans, obviously, nacho sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, in a tostada shell that’s folded and grilled. I have to admit it looked pretty good, and he said he enjoyed it and would eat it again, and although I did not try it, I did try a couple of his nacho fries.
The nacho fries is a mildly seasoned french fry with a little tub of warmed nacho cheese sauce on the side and had I truly loved french fries, I may have enjoyed these more, not that I hated them or the side of nacho cheese, I really couldn’t identify the seasoning flavor they sprinkled on the fries.
So will we return to Taco Bell in the future? Of course we will. Sometimes you just crave Taco Bell food!

If you don’t know where Taco Bell is located, their location is 7150 State Rt 303 in Bremerton. Across the 303 from Walmart and Mcdonalds.
Taco Bell’s parking can be a huge pain to deal with, much more so in pre-covid times when one could dine in, simply because they share a small parking lot with Taco Del Mar and Quiznos, and they have an overflow of people from Dominos and Starbucks.
Although, Taco Bell is a large chain, every job matters, small or large, please be supportive!

I ordered nachos, and this time I didn’t feel the need to run to the counter and request more cheese as I had too a few months ago. Staff appeared to be friendly, dining area fairly clean minus the soda fountain area, that looked as though it needed to be wiped down, I have dined in our new Taco Bell a few times so far, and it was reasonably clean, minus a couple tables.

I came to this Taco Bell with my two children. The women working this shift taking orders during this time was extremely rude. My kids were screaming, I went on to tell them I just needed a second, and from the beginning she kept asking me if there was anything else – or if I had any questions. I didn’t even have time to think about my food, even me asking for a second I was still rushed. Then there was a man who handed the food out and did payment. This is extremely horrible customer service, it doesn’t make me want to come back at all

Listen… The flavor is there but the QUANTITY is not.. I’m kind of tired of my crunch wraps being flatter than a female with A cups… I’m eating nothing but tortilla. PLEASE for the love of junk food just fill up the crunch wrap! Stuff that thing. And no more cold nacho fries..
