I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Taco Bell was extremely disappointing. The service was slow despite the restaurant not being busy, and the staff appeared disorganized and inattentive. My order was incorrect, and when I brought it up, the response was dismissive rather than helpful.

The food quality itself was below expectations—items were poorly assembled, ingredients tasted stale, and the presentation was careless. Cleanliness was also an issue, with tables left dirty and trash bins overflowing.

Overall, this experience did not meet even basic standards for fast food. I would not recommend this location unless significant improvements are made in both customer service and quality control.

This is truly a sorry excuse of a Taco Bell. The past 2 times my food has been cold, inedible, and low quality.
The new dipping burritos were just tortillas with barely anything inside.
Also look at how they barely gave me any cheese dip?
I was ignored for minutes while employees chatted in the back of the kitchen.
And yes , I submitted a report.
Avoid this place.

The worst service I’ve ever had from any fast food restaurant. I work in the industry as well so I get it. It’s New Year’s Day I had a mobile order that I placed 30mins prior the staff did not acknowledge me in the lobby the team leader girl started yelling bye in all the customers face and her co workers lagging at all of us waiting for food. The other staff continued to laugh. That is not good service . I am not just spending $20 now for food. My food costs $50 plus that. Taco Bell needs to hire capable people to work

I have genuinely never witnessed someone choose such a bizarre hill to die on… over SODA.

I went through the drive-thru and simply asked which drink was comparable to Sprite since they clearly didn’t have their drinks marked on the order board. I was told Sierra Mist because it’s the “Pepsi version of Sprite.” Fair enough. Except when I said it didn’t taste the same, this kid doubled down like he was defending a PhD thesis in carbonated beverages. He would NOT let it go. Full debate mode. Over lemon-lime soda.

Sir. It is not that deep.

I was ready to just order a taco when he hits me with:
“Go to McDonald’s if you want Sprite — we don’t sell Coke products here.”

EXCUSE ME??

Since when is basic customer service replaced with drive-thru attitude and beverage gatekeeping? I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t demanding. I asked a normal question and got sarcasm and snark like I personally insulted the Pepsi corporation.

Customer service here is apparently extinct, and somehow that’s just… acceptable now? Wild. Absolutely wild.

If debating soda brands with a teenager who thinks Sierra Mist and Sprite are “identical” sounds like your thing, this is your spot. If not, prepare to be talked to like you’re the problem for having taste buds.

Standing here waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready 16 minutes ago. Being busy is understandable but they have an employee making food who keeps coming to the counter to talk to his friend that doesn’t work here. He also shook his friend’s hand and touched his own face several times without changing gloves or washing hands before going back to making food.

Edit: 45 minutes after it was due. Other customers have come in, order and left with their food but I’m still waiting and nobody can tell me why or how long I have to wait.

This is review is for the drive through person that took our order was so rude and said they were out of mild and only had hot. She only put fire sauce in the bag which my kids can’t eat and went into the restaurant which had mild sauce that is in the photo. Don’t be rude and lie to a paying customer.Tried calling to speak with a manager line was busy, I’ll try again. 3.3 stars speaks volumes about similar experience’s. Always get a receipt because this Taco Bell almost always forgets food. Worse Taco Bell in Snohomish County.

Updating Review – Landon did answer the phone, apologized wasn’t very sincere about the bad experience. Even tried to tell me there wasn’t any mild sauce. Do you check your inventory? Only Taco Bell who seems to consistently be out of sauce. It’s like going to an oil change place that doesn’t have any oil.

Worse Taco Bell! Never going back!!! Zero Stars!

I’m so sorry for this team of young adults. They were booming with big orders. Two of the door dashers were down right abusive. The dining area was clean, the limited staff were responding kindly, and the kitchen crew was moving as if they were standing on hot coals. These kids are doing their best.

Placed a mobile order 25 min before I got there. Waited in the drive thru for almost 15 min, got to the window and had the food in another 5 min. This is the slowest Taco Bell in the area

Sat for almost 15 minutes with no one even looking in our direction, finished over 10 cars in the drive through, still without being able to pay for my meal, along with 5 other people amassed waiting for anyone to do something more than just look at us while taking care of the drive through. Most unprofessional, ignorant taco bell i’ve ever been too. Management has a lot to do.
