Worst Taco Bell to go to. Save yourself and stay away, the service here is the worst I have ever seen. It’s honestly really sad because the manager of this location used to do really well at the other location, and I don’t know what happened or why the manager/management went so far downhill. Gosh guys, please try and do better, you’re literally the reason I hardly ever go to taco bell anymore.

Customers are nice, but the drive thru speed is the slowest of any drive thru fast food in town, and consistently is. The quality they put into making the food is going down hill fast. I know its fast food, but there should still be effort into putting the food together. Just a mess, especially when trying to eat in the car. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food is standard taco bell food, nothing special, but the customer service here is consistently the worst that I’ve ever experienced at any taco bell. This is the only place that I’ve ever been interrupted to try to upsell on what is supposed to be cheap tacos. Today I was called rude by an employee in the drive through for asking for my food without add-ons. When I got to the window there was no one behind me and they basically threw my food at me. When I have tried to go inside to eat they ignored me and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a single soft taco. I will always try to find another location or place to eat if I can.

Food was mediocre nothing special about it. Customer service was very poor , the lady in the cashier was not friendly at all, other staff were rude as well. The hygiene was very poor. The toilets were stinky and garbage bags were full .

Food is perfection but the service is not so great. while waiting for my food i became late to class and i ended up 10 minutes late without my FOOD!!!! without the perfect tasting food this place would dead get a 0 star on fonem grave word to my dead homies. side note the prices are straight UNACCEPTABLE i work to hard to be paying $40!!!! for nothing. respectfully. also the lady at the front is very kind

Not the best Taco Time I’ve been to but it did the trick. Food was average. Not the cleanest places and a long line of waiting customers blocking the entry. Employees seemed hectic and understaffed, but after ordering our food was served extremely fast, hot and delicious. Tried to mention the messy men’s room and lack of paper towels but there was no one at the counter.

I drove through with my fiancé and asked for water. The really short haired girl early twenties gave a disgusting glare and said we had to order something with a terrible attitude. I ordered a burrito trying to be nice in return, but am extremely disappointed with this interaction. If you can’t be polite don’t work in the service industry it reflects poorly on the company you hope to support.

Restaurant is super clean and staff are super friendly, there’s tons of metals in the tortillas which is my only complaint but it’s just part of the tortilla manufacturing process Taco Bell has. Would eat Taco Bell again

They’re great in the drive through but hit or miss in the lobby. They’re really fast but occasionally miss parts of the order 🙁
