Ordering from the drive-thru at this location will test every ounce of your patience. It is a needling psychological experience. Let me explain:
After every single item you request the employees will ask
1. Do you want sour cream?
2. Do you want it spicy?
And they will not let you proceed to requesting your next item until you have answered each of these questions for each item. They won’t let you start by saying “no add ons” or anything like that at the beginning, no no.
Every single time you will order one item, answer two questions, order another item, answer two questions.
Now this seems at face value not such an inconvenience. But once you start ordering 3, 4, 5 items or more, you will start to question your own understanding of social conversation practices and maybe even the concept of linear time.
Not a strict deal breaker, but please be emotionally prepared for this endeavor.

I ordered Cheesy Gordita Crunch for my son i asked for no lettuce , I found so much lettuce in his Cheesy Gordita Crunch. The cooks needs to learn how read and make it correct. Also he found hair in his Nacho- chesse. Taco bell in white center step up your game when it comes to cooking.

Food was fine. Restroom access issues were a bit ridiculous. Asked two employees for the restroom code. They stared at me blankly and went to do other things. Ordered on the app thinking maybe it was because I hadn’t paid yet. Asked again. Was given the wrong restroom code. It locked me out after 3 tries. Was given another code. Still didn’t work. “Oh, that [empty] restroom is only for employees. The code is for the other one.” The other one was occupied. By an employee. Who went into it while the other was empty. They made me wait until he came out. Apparently not the place to stop after a long drive.

While this Taco Bell is consistent, the parking lot is always completely full of Gig Food drivers waiting around making it nearly impossible to find a parking spot to go in and order. 99% of the time they are parked in the handicap parking spot with no tag or visible mirror tag. Additionally it appears the owner/manager does nothing about this.

Do better. They gave us the wrong drinks and not a single sauce that we asked for. The two guys at the window did not seem like they were getting along. End result they take it out on customers.

I had my first experience using a digital gift card via my app here. It was easy and convenient. But there seemed to be a lot of confusion behind the counter. I love thr cheesy potatoes but the batch I got today were hard and I didn’t eat half my bowl of them I tried the new breakfast burrito sauce. It was nice to try something new.

Location somehow manages to lower the lowest bar in fast food. Mediocre-even-for-Taco-Bell version of Taco Bell served by surly folks who very transparently don’t get paid enough to even slightly pretend they care. It’s like trying to order food from your 14-year-old nephew who won’t put his phone down. Good luck.

Get delivery often, sometimes it’s wrong or the Baja isn’t blasting. But it’s good enough I’ll keep coming back cause the flat soda or wrong sauce isn’t constant, I probably just eat from here too much. Would be a 5 star but until they bring back the real Verde sauce I’m not dropping that fifth star.
