As of 12/9/2025 they’re open. 12/8/2025 they had some sort of soft launch friends and family thing at night but today they’re fully open, drive through and all. Knocked off 1 star on the food just because their soda mix is off (too much CO2). And one off service because there weren’t enough workers (food took a while, there were a lot of people waiting). Food was good. Glad there’s another late night option in downtown Redmond

Be sure to order extra stuff because they’ll ruin or mess up about half of it. Somehow the Crunchwrap had no meat and was soggy. Idk if they spilled something in it? Mexican pizza taste like burnt oil.
My guess is maybe this Taco Bell has all new staff and they don’t know yet how to make food? It’s bad. It’s maybe the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to, and I’m comparing it to Taco Bell.

Now the third time an item on our order has been made completely incorrectly. Not a complicated one which is what is so frustrating: Cheesy roll up, add pico, add beef. None of the add-ons included despite paying for it is a big bummer. The other missed items were a bigger deal, this just pushed it over the edge for me. Had the highest hopes for this location.

Drive through people are nice at this location. But the last time I ordered online through the app and picked up through the drive through i didnt get meat or beans on my loaded dip and chips, and on numerous occasions the workers forget straws/napkins/sauces. I waited a few months to see if it was because this location is new with new workers but after 3 months of incorrect items/issues I am at a loss

Okay I was so excited for this. I was super bummed about losing our Dairy Queen but the only thing that could make up for it was a Taco Bell! It’s right next to my work so super convenient for lunch. Waited months and months for the day it opened. Went in for the first time today and was disappointed. First of all, the lady in the drive thru was super rude and snappy. Second, my nacho fries literally had this like spiderwebby stuff on it?? Omg. So grossed out. Probably will not be back

I love Taco Bell. Its my favorite fast food chain. This brand new location needs some serious work. First the interior is the coldest restaurant I ever been in. Employees wearing their jackets and i was freezing. I won’t eat inside again. Second, they put barely any meat in my chalupas and tacos. It was 10% meat and 90% lettuce. Not happy. Is the franchise owner a cheapskate or what??? I’ll be back in a few months to see of they improve!!

This location consistently messes up orders – order in drive thru, or order online and pickup. We haven’t tried dining in. They miss items, miss instructions. We thought it was a beginners trouble, and waited a while so they could learn – no change in the last few months. Yesterday, they gave us just the cups for drinks for an online order that we picked up – no flagging that when we picked the order up, we found that we had no drinks only after we got home. The Bellevue location is so much better !!!
