The place isn’t good; the service is slow, and orders take about 20 minutes to arrive. In my opinion, the staff is slow, and the man in front is very rude and unfriendly. The people who work here tend to prioritize the drive-thru and leave counter orders until last. I arrived at 12:40 and I’m leaving with my order in hand at 1:20. I don’t think this place is good for people who like to wait, but I didn’t like it at all.

Stopped by the Taco Bell near the Newcastle/Factoria area during lunch, and it was a bit of a logistical challenge to get to. The location is tricky to access and it seems it’s only reachable through nearby businesses or a narrow side road. Parking was packed up front, so I ended up walking from the business park nearby. The drive-thru lane was also slammed. Inside, the store felt newly built and was very clean, which I appreciated. I used the Taco Bell app and got a few great promotions, which made allowed for some savings. What threw me off, though, was an employee cleaning the windows right next to my table during my meal. The strong smell of whatever chemical they were using totally disrupted the experience. I get that cleaning has to happen, but there’s a time and place.

Ordered extra rice, extra chicken for takeout. Came back home to see barely any rice or chicken. They also forgot to give chelupa. Had to go back and ask again otherwise they would have skipped that as well. Scam!

Gave me my bag of food and shut the window before she could finish telling me to have a nice night. Sat in the drive thru window for probably 5 -7 minutes @ 3am-ish knocking / light honks. I just needed some fire sauce!! When the other lady notices me she doesnt come ask me what i want, just stands in view pointing at me asking the original lady something.

I feel like every time I come to this Taco Bell , I end up waiting quite a while. I usually just order the quesadillas since I’m not a big fan of their tacos, and thankfully my orders have always been correct. The service, however, isn’t great, and the atmosphere is pretty average. It also gets extremely busy around lunchtime, so if you don’t want to wait too long, I recommend getting there before noon. Overall, I’m not a huge fan of this location.

My order consisted of a grilled cheese burrito and a cheesy gordita crunch with steak instead of beef and add rice. Once I got back to sit down and eat, I realized it tasted a little bland, only to find out that they missed the spicy ranch.

Food is good, but there’s something broken with their ordering process. I ordered in person in the store, waited for 25 minutes and had to ask, they said they didn’t see my order at all. The next time, I pre-ordered it on the app. Still waited for 15 minutes in the store and checked with them, yet again they didn’t see my order in their system. So basically this is not a fast food restaurant for me… every time I’m here, had to wait at least 20 minutes.
