This place is always so slow and I don’t know why because it’s never busy. The one in walla walla is super fast and they are always busy so I never understand why this one is so slow. Also some of the workers there are so rude. You can tell they definitely do not want to be working there. I don’t expect much from a place like this I just want to pull up to someone that is nice and isn’t gonna slam the window closed in my face when I let them know if my order is wrong, or just ignore me when I can see that they see me waving my hand at the window for someone to come to it. It’s mostly the young people that are rude like the kids that are still in high school. The older adults seem to be more helpful and nice. Some kids these days just do not care about customer service. So this makes me not want to go here very often. And I have noticed when I do a on line order they seem to get it wrong more often then right. So yea this isn’t my favorite taco bell. Hopefully it gets better in the future.

Started out alright. Been there more than a few times and each time the quality has dropped. Today my tacos were literally crushed to mush like not intact at all and my burrito was folded on purpose in half and smashed flat. couldn’t even eat it. Idk maybe someone hates their job but that’s uncalled for. payed $9.50 for a bag of mush. If I would have checked it at the window I would have asked for my money back immediately but was in a rush to get home to eat and yeah got home to a sack of taco soup. Literal pieces of torn wrapper in all the items. Called the Corp for this one and after reading the other reviews now I am not surprised. Will not be returning to the Milton-freewater taco bell

Bought these raps before at dinner and they were pretty full. Not this breakfast one. There was 1 car in front and no one else, I’m pretty sure they had enough time to put some quality in thier work, but nope.

This place just can’t get an order right! One would think that being a new store they would have there stuff together! Disappointing, the food is expensive and not very fresh, wilted lettuce, mushy tomatoes and the steak in the chalupas had no flavor. Not at all what I’ve expected, not going back any time soon, if at all! The ONLY reason I give them 2 stars is because the staff were friendly, service with a smile.

Went to go get a value box from this Taco Bell and I was told they were “out of stock.”… I find it hard to believe you’re out of stock on the ingredients to make burritos, Chalupas, soft tacos, etc. Even if it was true, the store could have offered something comparable. Not too mention, they had their Deluxe Box advertised loud and proud on their menu.
