Just got food slightly after midnight, no one else in line. Got a box deal and 3 other items. They handed it all in a bag and told me they were out of boxes without me even asking. Just handed and said we are out of boxes. After digging it all out of one bag we were missing the 5 layer burrito from the box deal. They did give us the burrito after going through again behind now 3 others, but the person before me I watched them hand a box right to them. So why lie and tell me they were out when I didnt even ask?

I highly doubt this taco bell will be here much longer. Third visit and still no change like literally NO PENNIES. And you’re lucky if your order is remotely right. just paid 6 bucks for those new dip burritos and they both fit in the palm of my hand. Asked for chicken got mystery steak. Also got the steak fries but those had chicken instead of steak well one lil bit of chicken and no sauce. Go back to see if they can make it right but there are two people that came back for similar reasons ahead of me. After they have to get their correct orders the employee tells me they are out of this and that and that’s why they couldn’t make my order right……are you serious? Could have said something to me while ordering. I just asked for a refund and even that was a bit of a hassle. Funny though they had the exact change for the refund

Can’t rate the food because I never got any. Came in to the store and the employees would not take my order. Said I needed to use the kiosk. There were about four people ahead of me and I waited five minutes and left. The counter teller could have taken all five orders, mine, and the four in front of me in the amount of time it took for the two people at the kiosk to figure out how to put in their orders with all the special requests they wanted. I only have so much time for lunch and this was a waste. Really poor customer service. Kiosk should be an option. Not a requirement.

Waited 10 minutes at the front counter hoping someone would take my order. After finally being acknowledged, the worker pointed at the kiosk like a caveman and refused to help. No other customers in the store, dead slow. I was in awe of the lack of service. Gladly took my business elsewhere. Will never return.

I’m not picking on this location because I believe the food is shitty at all their locations. I would like to add that the way I ordered it on the Internet was not how they made it. I don’t know if the problem was with the crew or with the software, but it taught me a lesson. I wanted a cheap meal, $7.00 is relatively cheap, but ugh, no bueno. This impacted me enough to keep me away for another couple years.

The kiosks are located about 20 inches off the floor. I hope you like to get on your knees to order food…. What a terrible design choice. How about, if Taco Bell refuses to pay enough people to keep the store operational then they should at least put the kiosks at a level that can be used by normal height people that are not children or wheel chair bound. Also they won’t help you until everyone of the drive through is gone. If you walk in you will be waiting for everyone else that showed up after you to be helped first. They people that walk in are not helped until no one is on the drive-thru. I also ordered items with steak and cheese. I got beef as in seasoned hamburger beef and no cheese. I will never ever come back to this location ever again. The food was also dry and the entire store smelled like burning tortillas.

Love Taco Bell they usually do great but tonight I am disappointed, very rushed, very rude, employees annoyed about taking our order and just really sad the way the food was handled, picture of taco with no lettuce down below, maybe it’s just pregnancy hormones but I was really excited for my taco I know how Taco Bell works and I know they have small scoopers for their meat but I still expected a little better when I worked at Taco Bell years ago I would sneak on some extra meat for those who ordered without lettuce, either way…

Time and time again, I order my burrito with sour cream and extra cheese. I pay for the extra and never get them. I even tell the person at the window that every time I come I pay for it but never get it and they say I will make sure we put the extra cheese and sour cream yet it never happens You would think I would stop going there instead I start ordering a different item and the shellls are always old and stale.
